I was pretty pumped to eat some Jets on my way out of town last night. Ordered it online at 6:19 pm and it said it would be done at 6:49 pm for pick up. I got there at 6:48 and decided to sit in my car for a few more mins. During that few mins one woman walked in. I could see the entire interaction between her and the guy working behind the counter. I noticed they had been talking for a while then notice the worker showing his chest tattoos to this customer. I then walk in to hear her say “I hope to see you soon” he smiled and asked how he could help me. I said I’m here to pick up. He said oh that pizza hasn’t even gone in the oven yet, we are swamped tonight and there are only two of us. That being pretty frustrating I cancelled the order. My advice would be to stop showing your tattoos to customers and do your job and you probably wouldn’t be “swamped”. Guess I’ll have to resort to the Jets on campus from now on.

Delicious pizza slices. Ordered a couple of only cheese and a couple of cheese and pepperoni. The pepperoni slices were hot out of the oven. The cheese slices were just warm and not as fresh.

The food is always amazing but I wanted to leave a review about the service. I came to pick up my order and had my baby with me. I wasn't comfortable leaving my baby in the car, so I was holding him in my arms. When the employee ringing me up was about to hand me my pizzas, he immediately offered to walk the pizzas to my car for me! That was so thoughtful and totally made my day.

Soooo, I usually rave about Jets, the staff is always great, food is delicious. Any mistake I've had with my order have been able to be resolved, but I found hair baked into my crust. I tried to think if it was mine, but it was too long to be an eyelash, almost a beard hair and it was black... All of us eating were girls, so a long hair could be debated, but this could be none of ours. I dissected the pizza and found a smaller one and then another one of similar length.

I just wanted a pizza. The guy up front was so Incompetent. that he assumed I wanted garlic butter on my pizza when i said butter. Then had the audacity to tell me I ordered it that way. I literally hate garlic. Telling someone they ordered there food with the one thing on it they can't eat has got to be the dumbest thing iv herd this year. And believe me this year has been full of them. So I spent almost $30 on somthing that I can't eat. As far as I'm concerned you stole my money!! Can't even take responsibility for you mess up. I guess I'm not surprised. Oh well, I won't be back.
Please get my delivery order at 4/10/2024 6:00pm tomorrow on time for a special event. With that said here’s a five star! Thank you.

Horrible service tonight. Ordered an Italian boat for my wife tonight and there was no Italian dressing so she opened it up and barely anything inside. Paying these prices for just bread is ridiculous. The other side was even worse. While there no one was answering the phone. I had ordered 35 mins prior to showing up and I was just told I "have to wait" for my order but no time frame was given. Ended up waiting another 15 mins. This is the second time service has been like this. There won't be a third.
