I waited for about 10 minutes for curbside pickup after confirming online that I was already at the store. When I called, the one who picked up the phone said they were short-staffed and I had to go inside. It would not take more than 1 min to get the order to me. He could also have told me about the situation earlier. I saw staffs going in and out of the store—they also saw my car parked right there. But no one did or said anything about my order.

The service here is crazy. I swear they use robots to make the sandwiches that’s how fast they have people making these. I really like the tuna sandwich. This is a perfect spot to go if you live on Locust or Oak street. Because they make these food so fast I like to grab this when I am studying since it doesn’t take too long.

If your going to lie, no one needs you. The least you could do is have the common courtesy to change your hrs on line. So people don't waste there gas.

Ordered delivery for lunch today, then I called after 45 minutes and the order still had not left the store. Person who answered said they were short staffed, which I completely understand. Not surprised they no longer boast, “Subs so fast you’ll freak!”
What I am NOT happy about is being told it will take 5-10 days for the refund to post on my credit card. Not cool!!! Grrr…

Usually a fan but not so much this time. I split a #9 Italian nightclub with hubby. Whoever made it got lazy on my side. And I don't even customize too much. But I know the lettuce shouldn't overshadow the meat, but I can never get extra onions when I ask for them. I had 2 slices of meat, missing a few slices of all 3 meats. Also, I don't like it toasted, that's something new they're doing. Just not for me. Like I said I'm a fan.

Been there for the first time and will never be back! The dude with a hat, such a weirdo, acts like we work for him!! The ice making machine didn’t work and seems like he was proud of it! Working slow and having attitude! I will make sure to dissuade my classmates from going there! Ciao.

Freaky fast is an understatement. A different sandwich place didn’t fill an 80+ sandwich catering order. JJs wonderful team got to work and filled my catering order in minutes. The manager runs a tight ship and I didn’t hear a single complaint (even though I dropped a huge order on them during rush hour with no warning). If it wasn’t against a dozen health codes, I would have hugged every employee there. Quality, reliable, phenomenal customer service. JJs for life!
