Freaky fast is an understatement. A different sandwich place didn’t fill an 80+ sandwich catering order. JJs wonderful team got to work and filled my catering order in minutes. The manager runs a tight ship and I didn’t hear a single complaint (even though I dropped a huge order on them during rush hour with no warning). If it wasn’t against a dozen health codes, I would have hugged every employee there. Quality, reliable, phenomenal customer service. JJs for life!

the uber driver couldn't deliver despite of instructions, she hung up on me. i call the restaurant, i was hung up on, i call again both again, the uber driver and the restaurant. the uber driver deliver at 12.24 PM from an 11:30 am order. the manager gave me the excuse that they are supper busy because of the university students arrival. shocking! i work for the university as well. i have screen shots of the text order and time lines. I am confused and up sad. i have order JJ's for about 20 years now and recently has been every week, so the students excuse is not reliable. who is the one responsible of trying to use uber to deliver. is this person insane? why will you ruin the good name and legend of JJs (freaky fast)this is a joke. i need to hear from someone, this is the email number assigned to the first email 20471999702401024I am going to take this to x FN as twitter to the customer service experiences and tag JJ's. i have already send 2 emails to feed back

may 21, about 9pm. the loudest most horrible music I've ever heard is blaring in this store... so loud, i guess the guy didn't hear when i said "add hot peppers", because my sandwich doesn't have any even though i said it three times. i didn't realize i have to check my sandwich before i leave the store for an in-person carry out order. I've never had to do that at any other restaurants before, but i guess this particular jimmy johns is a cut below other restaurants, including all other jimmy johns.

Very disappointed that I've ordered lunch from here twice this week and both times my order has been wrong. Wrong meaning I am paying for added peppers and cheese and it's not on my sandwich. The first time I let it slide because I understand things happen, but twice in one week? Back to back orders. Do better.

Been to this location SEVERAL TIMES, each and every time has been freaky fast, just like the slogan suggests. This is 1 of 3 Jimmy John’s locations that directly surround the University of Illinois campus. This location is really convenient, clean, and the staff are friendly.Ordered the new Caprese Salami Pesto sandwich and it was delicious! I was not disappointed and was satisfied. The pesto and cheese are especially delicious.Will be back for sure.

I had the Unwhich and was really good.Dietary restrictions: I have Celiac and so had the unwhich. I am not if they prevent cross-contamination. So if you are a severe Celiac I would check into it yourself.

I've visited this store multiple times and I can confidently say that it's the best sandwich store I've ever been to. The clerk is always incredibly positive, energetic, and efficient. They work quickly to ensure that customers get their food promptly, and the atmosphere is always welcoming and relaxed. The staff is always willing to help and they make the entire experience feel effortless. I highly recommend this store to anyone looking for a delicious sandwich in a friendly environment. Overall, a fantastic experience every time.

HORRIBLE experience here. I live very close and am a frequent (2-3times a week) customer at this Jimmy Johns. This one time I had an issue I was treated like absolute garbage. No help at all. I was told they no longer go by freaky fast... then take it off your app and website. Waiting an hour for a sandwich id absolutely absurd. They get the same rush at the same times every week and have no decency to prepare for it. The people here (especially the manager) are rude, condescending, and inconsiderate. I will not be taking my business back here and recommend you don't either. Support people who actually treat customers like human beings.

Sandwich was loosely packed and spilling despite having barely any toppings, service was slow even though I was the only one in the store, and when I order delivery they take upwards of 2 hours. Not so freaky fast.

This location needs to turn off their online ordering platform for delivery if they don’t have any delivery drivers. So many times we have ordered food from here just to have the order voided (often without any sort of notification until we call asking where the delivery is). We wanted lunch, not a refund to our bank account within 5 business days. If you don’t have the delivery drivers that is obviously fine — just be a little more transparent about it!

JJ’s used to be great. now you place your order and wait 2-3 hours to see if it will maybe show up and maybe just maybe you can eat it if the meat isn’t too hot

Just don't order a cookie. It's not because the cookies aren't good. They were good, back when you could actually get one. They're still on the menu, and they'll still charge you if you order one, but they won't actually bring it. ONCE feels like a mistake. But multiple times in a row? That feels intentional. The cookies are just on the menu to get your money. They probably don't even make them anymore.

I was working one night and repeated the guys order to him 3 times. “Giant Jj Gargantuan?” He said yes each time but I’ve seen him before and know he wants a blt. So I finished his order and told him the sandwich. His friend calls 20 minutes later, outside our delivery zone asking for the food returned. I explained to her that I repeated the order to her friend and followed store policy. She wanted an apology because I was “getting fresh”- another store policy. I told her I would not because I work full time and attend school.
