Ordered a number 14 no tomato add mustard and extra mayo. Got.my sandwich with tomatoes and no mustard or mayo...?? Cashier was friendly. Only reason you get 2 stars instead of 1.

Its hotter in here than it is outside i feel bad for the employees can tou fix the ac? Its the only reason its a 1 star kinda miserable to eat inside in this weather i can be cooler in my vehicle with the windows up

The Jimmy John's on Prospect avenue is totally the best. The workers give the best service to each guest that orders from them,I always feel like I'm their favorite family member coming to get the best service and food from them.

Never received food on lunch so I called the store after work! 30 minutes he put me on hold after saying it doesn’t make sense I would wait to call.I’ve stuck by when they went through Covid and it’s never gotten better!

They pawn orders off to Uber eats when they “have all delivery drivers busy” but the Uber eats people don’t deliver your food until 2 hours after you placed your order. All delivery orders placed throughout the week would be able to be completed before 1 from Uber eats

These are the reasons I detest third party delivery applications. Jimmy Johns is known for "Freaky Fast" delivery. I'm home, sick. I don't have money on my debit card at the moment (paycheck to paycheck is a thing) so I order with the intent to pay cash. I get call about 20 minutes after ordering (didn't their in store standard be out the door in 4 minutes) stating that they didn't have a driver so they have to move it to a delivery service, thus paying a fee.

I know times are changing. If you can't CONSISTENTLY offer a delivery service, take it off your damn website..

I had no issues or complaints until I placed an order online for delivery THROUGH jimmy Johns website for their driver to bring to me. Instead of calling to let me know they didn’t have a driver and that he was going to push my order through to Uber eats, the Uber driver takes my food to god knows where and marks it as delivered I opened my door and nothing was there !!!! I felt this was VERY UNPROFESSIONAL some of us do not order from them because our apartments could be difficult or theirs always an issue when having a 3rd party delivering food. They did not bother to even take 2 mins to call an ask me if that’s what I wanted to do or if I wanted my order canceled.

Guy running the drive-thru at 1:00 on 1/5/24 said something like he was speaking to a coworker, then when I said hello after three minutes of waiting scolded me by saying "I told you to wait".Drove away, will not return & I will send a letter to their owner.
