Good food but they are no longer freaky fast. Outsourcing delivery drivers and ridiculously long waits for cold food. Customers should be informed if the store or a third party will be handling their order.

Probably the worst location in town. The cashier was wearing earbuds the entire time and got my order completely wrong, then gave me a regular instead of a giant which I tried ordering. Plenty of other Champaign locations to go to in the future.

This store went above and beyond me for today! I travel a lot and do a lot of road trips. We decided to stop at JJ and I got my usual, the chicken Caesar wrap and they said they could cut it in half for me because I knew I would probably only eat half at a time. THEY INDIVIDUALLY WRAPPED EACH HALF! I was not expecting that! It is the little things like this that mean so much! Thank you! Keep up the great work!

This store went above and beyond me for today! I travel a lot and do a lot of road trips. We decided to stop at JJ and I got my usual, the chicken Caesar wrap and they said they could cut it in half for me because I knew I would probably only eat half at a time. THEY INDIVIDUALLY WRAPPED EACH HALF! I was not expecting that! It is the little things like this that mean so much! Thank you! Keep up the great work!

The manager was absolutely rude. I had my two young children with me. I was trying to order them a slim sandwich like I have done before. My children are 6 and 4. No way are they able to eat a regular size sandwich. I was told veggie could not be added to a slim. But yet a veggie is one of the sandwiches that are the options.
He then charged me for a ham and cheese when all we wanted was a lettuce and cheese sandwich. I spoke up and had to say well I am passing all that money just put that ham on another sandwich.
Will not go back to this location. This manager seemed to be running all over the place and making other workers stressed.

Never washing their hands. Chaz is the new general manager the bald short one. He was an assistant manager at the one on south Lincoln and is so rude. Idk how he became the GM over there but he shouldn’t even be working at a Jimmy John’s location especially not in charge he started over there ab a month ago and that’s when all the bad reviews started popping in bad here. It just gets worse and worse. I hope all the JJ’s around here get shut down they’re so bad they all smoke in the back together

I ordered delivery to my office. Apparently the delivery driver couldn’t find my office suite and took it to the opposite side of the building, and the people don’t know every person’s name in all the offices here. So she took it back to the store which is what her manager told her to do. Thing is, she claims to have called me twice and she did not. When I went to the store to get my food, the cashier acted like she could care less but yelled for the manager. He was immediately rude as soon as I told him why I was there. Arguing with me about her calling me even though I showed him my call log showing she didn’t actually call. Finally, he says “So what do you want”? My food would be outstanding. Then I can hear him telling the girl she did what he told her and while I couldn’t hear the exact words I heard a lot of “she” which I believe was in reference to me. It’s really not my fault that the driver didn’t even attempt to go to any other door in the building so I don’t know what he was so pissed at me about. The food is actually good but I won’t go back after this experience.

Every time I order from here, they are always accurate and fast. I get orders pretty regularly and the people there are always really nice and helpful. I wanted to get special shout out to the delivery driver named George, He made sure my order was taken care of and went above and beyond to make sure that happened!

I haven't been to a JJ's in years but have had a serious craving over the last few weeks. I finally gave in and was surprised by the unfriendly reception I recieved. No acknoedgment. Curt. I felt rude in their silence and total lack of help or direction with which cup should I take, where are the cips, where are the lids and straws. Very disappointing. I really loved and miss going to the uptown Normal, IL location. They were always friendly and helpful.
I always go to this location and I live in Urbana. They’re always friendly, the ingredients are fresh, and the store is also clean- including their bathrooms. Today they made my week!I will continue to go to this JJ exclusively for my sandwiches! TY :)

Soooo my order got jacked up for delivery. I called the store. The manager said there's nothing she could do for me because it was door dash. Door dash says it wasn't their delivery. Somebody got a tip. I got shorted on my food. The manager was a flippy mouthed little thing too...sooo I'm not sure who to believe but I'm definitely leaving a review for others to see. If your order gets jacked up, your definitely going to have to go to the store and be a Karen or eat the money and deal with it....the blame game is real with these kids working here... because no one will fix it because it's everyone else's fault.
