Both the gravy on my potatoes and the honey bbq sauce was very good. The gravy tasted like chicken gravy. All the employees and manager were very friendly. The bathroom and dining area were clean. I will be a repeat customer.

7 out of the last 8 times my order has been messed up. Not to mention it always takes atleast 30 mins to get food doesnt matter if its preordered or drive through. Guess no longer freaky fast 🤷🏾♂️

The lovely lady working started taking care of people. However the guy wrapping sandwiches was the slowest man known to man let alone jimmy johns..I heard other people talking that it is always like that. I'm not sure on her name but that lady honestly saved the whole situation.

You know it's bad when, they don't have drivers at this location and depends on Uber eats, and door dash food delivery service.
I have order sandwich from the location dozens of times and every time they either don't deliver it and I have to go out my way and get it or mess up my order completely
I will say the gentleman that answered my call gave me a refund on my order
If I were go to the drive through and check your bag the order has a likely hood of being wrong

Over the last 6-9 months, it's just gotten worse. Who franchised this one? You should be fired!! Complete and utter disrespect for the brand to operate an establishment like this.

Staff is unprepared for anything in their job description. I don't blame them, I blame their manager and the franchise owner. These young adults, because they are like 17-21, have no idea what they are doing. No work ethic. Loud and disrespectful. Ive heard cursing and playing really trashy music. Those employees need supervision and there is none.
That place is a complete zoo with no guardrails. Shame on you JJs Franchise owner.

Traveling with 2 cars .. everything was single Sandwiches no drinks way over priced, no receipts.. paid almost $100 for 7 ppl in cash orders were wrong..never again
I'll have to say that Jimmy John's has the best subs in town. The turkey tom has me in a choke hold right now. The service is pretty quick . I love their triple chocolate cookies as well ??

But for the life of me Everytime I want a #12 I order a #11, I do t know if it's my brain but I don't notice till I'm down the road and eating my sandwich. It's not a problem honestly, the sandwich is good no matter what you get. Always try the limited run items.

Ordered on DoorDash and had the order cancelled with no notice. When I called the store the manger hung up on me forcing me to drive out to the location to get my order because she wouldn’t refund me. Absolutely ridiculous service, don’t order from here if you want guaranteed food.
