I'll have to say that Jimmy John's has the best subs in town. The turkey tom has me in a choke hold right now. The service is pretty quick . I love their triple chocolate cookies as well ??
I actually eat here quite a bit. Always fast service and always courteous. But for the life of me Everytime I want a #12 I order a #11, I do t know if it's my brain but I don't notice till I'm down the road and eating my sandwich. It's not a problem honestly, the sandwich is good no matter what you get. Always try the limited run items.
After making the managers aware of the constant mistakes after mistakes the sandwich makers were making, they made it right and accommodated my needs. I appreciate their response and the way they handled it. Hoping to have a better experience going forward with this JJs.
