The people that work here are so incredibly rude. I get it’s a fast food place and I’ve been there but these are some of the worst service workers I’ve ever met. Not only that, but after taking one bite of my sandwich I literally tasted soap. Soap! I took a picture and immediately threw it out it was inedible. Pls don’t go here there’s a potbelly and subway down the street…

One of your stuffs on today brought ridiculous attitude toward me once I walked in the store. God who knows what has happened on himself but he just smashed on the order machine and just like saying “Oh, I just don’t want to work for your sandwich.”Bad Attitude on a campus store, bring no positive energy toward his job.

Since I always see this house on my way to and from work, I kept thinking I should give it a try, so I went in. It feels similar to Subway, where you can choose bread and the product you want.Since my English is still bad, I asked for a regular size Big John, but the billing cost was strange. The menu said it was 6.89, but the final price paid was $9.13. I said I definitely didn't need anything else. Next time I go, it might be better to order online and pick up.The bread was a slightly hard sandwich bread (basic bread), and the ingredients were fresh.The image of Big John I found on the internet and the food I received seemed somewhat different, but it was delicious.

This place was good. I did not notice any unkind or rude behavior from the staff, contrary to what most of the comments indicated. It's a fast food restaurant, not a Michelin-starred establishment. BTW, Jimmy John's sandwiches are always delicious.

very rude staff. cashier was very aggressive and made unnecessary comments before i could even make my order. i just turned around and left. i will not be giving my money to any business that doesn’t respect me as a customer.

The workers give you a large side of attitude in this location and move like snails. They act completely disinterested about your food and don't seem to enjoy being there. They all wear earbuds and point to them when you want too ask why it takes 20 minutes too make a sandwich. Avoid this location at all costs you have been warned.
