Jupiter's At The Crossing

I usually go to the downtown location but decided to give this location a try. There was a short wait to get a table, which I had no problem with. We got seated and ordered our food within 10 minutes of seating. My issue is that our server came to our table 1 time between the time we ordered and time we left (at least 20/25 minutes). A food runner brought us our pizza, which is fine, but they do not leave parmesan on the table so I had to eat my pizza without any because we weren’t able to find our server. The singular time she came up to our table she quickly asked if we wanted more alcohol. We said no and before I could ask for cheese she walked away. Once we finished, we sat for 5 minutes waiting for her to come around and give us a box and the bill, but she never came around. My partner went up to the bar to get some help and our server popped up behind him asking if he was ordering a drink. He said no and that we just needed to pay, so she quickly paid him out on the handheld device and she walked away quickly afterwards. We still needed a box but couldn’t find anyone to ask for one so I left half my pizza on the table. The table next to us was treated in a similar manner and had to ask other servers for the things they needed. This was a really disappointing experience.

WASNT SUPER BUSY & TOOK TOO LONG FOR US TO EVEN TRY TO PLAY A ROUND OF POOL (WE DIDNT END UP DOIN THAT CUZ IT TOOK TOO LONG WITH A 2+ HOUR WAITLIST EVEN THOUGH THERE WAS A OPEN TABLE)

Really awesome bar with billiards and an arcade downstairs. Pizza is just not very good and food mediocre.

Food and service were great... just dont go for the arcade as 75% of the games were broken.

Cockroach ran across our table. Manager removed roach and sprayed table…offered to comp entrees only. When I told him there were going to be more he comped the whole meal. Terrible response to a terrible situation and just all around gross.

We brought our 6 year old to play and to eat dinner on Sunday night. Everything was fine, until a pregnant cockroach made an appearance on our table. We trapped it under a glass and went to get the manager. Whose response was to put on a glove, remove the roach and then spray chemicals (while the remaining food was on the table, if we weren’t going to eat before we certainly couldn’t once he sprayed it all). His initial response was to comp the entrees….when I said ‘you know it’s never just one roach right?’ He said he would comp the whole meal. I’m so grossed out and grateful that thing didn’t appear while my child was present-that would have turned a pleasant family evening into a traumatic event. The response was so lackluster that I couldn’t let it be. I’ll probably call the city in the morning but beware everything is so costly these days—standards should be way higher. We won’t be returning.

We did take out - 2 pizzas and a salad. The pizzas were good but I think Monical’s is better. Personal taste. They seem to have a good bar and lots of pool tables and outdoor seating.

My friend and I thought we were splitting a pizza and drink for $21. Ended up getting a bad pizza, food poisoning and $30 bill

Great training pizza. Reminds me of New York style Pizza. Vibes were like a small Dave and Busters.

A nice place to come and hang out with friends and family. They have a very large space. The decorations are nice. They also have plenty of selections for food and drinks. The staff here are very friendly. They also have a game room you can come and play with at a friendly price.
