So fun!! Our most recent visit to Jupiter's at the Crossing was for our Granddaughters seventh birthday. The birthday girls mom's got one of Jupiter's party package that providered 30 minutes of free play for our granddaughter plus a card with 50 credits for each of the kids attending the party to play the games. The party package also provided a couple of pizzas, drinks, breads sticks and root beer floats. The kids had a blast and the parents were able to eat and visit during the party.
Jupiter's at the Crossing is great for all types of events and over the years we have gone there for graduation, retirement, and birthday parties. Jupiter's is a great place for a group or an intimate dinner for two. My husband and I like to stop in for pizza and a couple of drinks. The atmosphere is fun and relaxed.

Visited from out of town for a work party and it was pretty nice. Bartenders seemed kinda new, but we had a good time overall.

Jupiter's is a nifty place to land at in savory if you are crossing through for a nice dinner, playing pool on occasion, or happen to through a birthday party for your friends or family. Food always comes great and on time! Staff is always attentive and welcoming.

The hostess was very nice and got us seated alot faster than we were expecting. The food was good, not great. We ordered several appetizers to share and a small chicken fajita pizza. The appetizers were good but the pizza was horrible and I would not recommend the fajita pizza. There was no seasoning at all, no fajita flavor. Plain chunks of chicken breast that were so dry you could barely chew it. It's basically plain chicken and some peppers thrown on top of some cheese and pizza crust. Fajita pizza sounded so good but they really missed the mark on that one. They did however take the pizza off our bill at the end. We never complain about food but this was not even edible. We were not happy with our server either. She was very short with us while we were trying to order and had a few questions. She basically took our order and disappeared. Never asked if everything was OK or if we needed anything. We had to flag down another waitress and wait for her to find her and then even longer for her to come to our table just to get the check so we could leave which was frustrating especially sense we were unhappy with one of our orders. Besides the pizza we ordered and our waitress, I was impressed with the rest of the staff, and the environment etc. I think we would give them another try in the future.

I’ve been to Jupiters many times and not once have I been disappointed. Billiards are great and staff are very friendly and helpful. Food isn’t bad at all just a little bit pricey.

We had the most wonderful waitress and then when I went to leave a tip the options were so low below standard I was disgusted. I chose my own tip! 20% should always be an option. You are amazing Angelica R.

We went in with a party of 9, we did not have a reservation it was a Wednesday night so we didn’t think we would need one. The ladies inside were very rude, they brought us to a table and then made us get up from the table saying that table is reserved get up now! Then that table stayed empty the entire time. When we got the bill several tickets were wrong we had to talk to the manager and she argued with us. One in the party ordered a sweet tea, then they asked for a coke, because they didn’t like sweet teas the drinks where unlimited refills… so why did they charge $7 for one drink? We had to argue with the manager to get the $3.50 back! Ridiculous. Absolutely worst experience ever!

Was recently there for my child’s birthday. I had previously called and make a reservation. When I got there I was assigned a booth when my party was for 12 people, was asked to take a table upstairs which i didn’t want because it was children’s party and I wanted to have them near the table!! Service was terrible, we didn’t get refills on drinks or got checked on after getting food! On top of that 20% service fee was automatically taken when we didn’t even got good service!! For sure a really bad experience
