This place has potential to be amazing, BUT the following needs to change if they want to stay in business:1) Post a sign on the door or menu that the prices have increased. When we got the bill, the items ordered did NOT match the prices on the menu. Proper expectations of prices needs to be communicated.2) The food came out cold! Not sure where the cooks are placing the food when they're done preparing it, but our meals were cold, and tasted like they sat there a while3) Improve the quality of your pancakes... Yeah, you get 2 huge pancakes, but we noticed no one in the restaurant finished them. My husband ordered pancakes, and they came out hard, and cold.4)Hire a dedicated Food Runner and a Busser. This will allow the food to arrive to your guests hot and fresh! Plus it alleviates pressure on your wait staff5) Wipe all silverware after washing them... There were huge water stain marks on silverware6) Have an organized system of where your bussers can place dirty dishes. This allows them to effectively get the tables ready for the next guests. That is all, we live the idea of the place, but there's room for improvement if they want to stay in business!

Our second time here, wasnt happy the first time and today wasnt happy as well. I gave it a second try but still dissappointed. Sausages and eggs and potato cubes looked like they have been fried in used oil. They are dark in color. Taste terrible too. Pancakes were big but not good.

The food was good but we had to wait an hour and a half for our food with no explanation as to why it took so long. Had a reservation at 1130 and got some of our food at 1 pm after we asked what had happened and asked for a manager

We've been here a few times now, and the atmosphere is quite pleasant. The prices are a bit steep for what you get, and there's not much of a variety of options to choose from. That being said, you would think that they have mastered their few options, but one thing we noticed, especially our last time, was that the food feels like it's left on the grill just a little too long, giving everything this burnt after taste that wasn't that great. The staff is always kind but not necessarily attentive. At one point, we were asked by the waitress how things were while they were holding another customer's child in their arms. It just felt weird to us.

Worst experience I’ve had at a breakfast restaurant. Two groups after us received food before our group and was 1 1/2hr wait for the food. Was told someone took the burrito we ordered for another order and there was going to be a wait. When it finally came out it was half warm/half cold. Waitress avoided us probably due to the situation, forgot to bring our appetizer before our food, forgot the maple syrup for the French toast. Not sure what else to say except I will never be returning to eat here.

We arrived early, so it wasn't too busy. However, it took forever to get our food. People who had arrived after us were served first. Then my order was missing items. The porter was nice enough to bring them and rectify it. The food was ok. Pancakes were way too sweet for my taste. Our waiter was not very enthusiastic. Probably wint go back. It's a shame because they have potential.

It's a bit pricey. $20 for a Denver omelet and hot tea is a bit much. Not to mention I didn't like the way they made my omelet . However my waitress was very nice and did a good job.

Just Yolkin has amazing food and an even better staff. Everyone there makes you feel so welcome and it has such a family feel. My family and I are regulars there now - to the point that today, our son was fed up with his highchair the manager, Rae, came and scooped him up so we could finish eating. He had so much fun walking around with her, “helping” with some plates, and saying hi to the rest of the staff. That’s not an environment you find just anywhere and we are so grateful for this place! PS the sweet bites are as good as they sound and this is easily the best place to get bacon in town!!

This is my new favorite breakfast/brunch place in the whole CU area!!! The food is incredible, the atmosphere is fantastic, and the people are staff is amazing! I’m so excited to bring friends and family here any day of the week and especially the weekends! My favorite dish here so far is their blueberry pancakes and ANY of their lattes! You won’t be disappointed!Parking: Free both in front and behind the restaurant, they share a parking lot with Jupiters at the crossingKid-friendliness: They have high chairs and booster seats and plenty of booths for comfy sitting of all ages!Wheelchair accessibility: Very easy to access and tables are easily accommodating for a wheelchair user

This morning I wandered into Just Yorkin' between appointments, and was greeted by this cute, vintage breakfast place in a beautiful historic building. The waitress was friendly and accommodating when I asked if they would mind if I worked on my laptop. The food was very good, and came just a few minutes after I ordered it. Spending a good portion of my cold morning at this cozy restaurant, I overheard several other guests share my sentiments. I will definitely by back soon.

The service was fine the waiters were very kind, had gone there once before and it took over 30 minutes to get out food and it was not busy, it was okay as we where given a discount on our bill. This time I can and ordered the Jy's grilled cheese, it came out fast but the bacon was very under cooked and gave me food poisoning. When I mentioned it to the server she said I'm sorry and asked if we wanted a to go box. Didn't seem to care that the food was under cooked and did not offer to bring out a new plate or give a discount even though I had thrown up!

It's nothing special, not much flavor, and the potatoes were awful.

What a mediocre place--bad coffee, soggy French toast. I planned to go to the Walnut Street Tea Company, but their bakery was in transition, and they had no pastries, so I thought I'd give this a try. There are plenty of better places in Champaign-Urbana.
