Ordered the family bucket with eight pieces of chicken it was overly priced and all wings except for two breasts I ordered half crispy and half original the original was way overcooked portions are very small on the sides and stuff is kind of rude

This is the second time recently we have ordered the 8 piece chicken meal. Both times I asked if I would get 2 of each type of chicken piece. The gal at the counter answered yes. After my 15 mile drive home I discovered they had substituted a leg for one of the breasts. BIG DIFFERENCE. It was 12-22-2023 at 6:45 PM. To top it all off, I don’t even have a receipt as the counter person said that the machine was broken. Over the last couple years this place has gone downhill. We have experienced a dirty dining room, broken machinery, unavailable products. Don’t go here, lots of problems and inconsistency. My family is done here.

When walking into the store I noticed the whole pace had a smoky haze.Then when a person finally got to the register she said " what do you want" I replied 5 chicken tenders, she said" we don't have that" I replied its right there on the menu board.She called the Mgr over who told me that is the meal. To which I replied you have two 5 piece tender meals for 2 different prices. He said yes.i will take that, and a 8 piece meal original recipe with 2 Cole slaws and honey mustard with my tenders. She said it was 48 and change I paid with a card. She did not give me a receipt, when I ask for my receipt she said she can't because the machine isn't working but the charge went through. While I was waiting for my order the Mgr came out and let me know they didn't have any original recipe and it would be 15 minute wait so they could start some. I replied ok I guess I'll take extra crispy.Few minutes later I had my order.When I got home I took out my food, only one coleslaw, no honey mustard, and the chicken was dry and tasted burnt.This is the worst experience of my KFC life. I've been a faithful customer since the 70s!

Waited most 30min for my order. Several people were waiting a long time for there orders, even online orders which should have already been ready. I was gonna be late and hurried up and left after getting my order. The order was wrong and the the chicken pieces were small as can be.

I am deeply disappointed and concerned regarding an incident that occurred at this KFC location on September 28th, 2023, at approximately 11:30 am. I am writing this complaint on behalf of my mother, who was the victim of an unfortunate and discriminatory experience during her visit to your establishment.My mother attempted to place her order in the drive-thru and was trying to clarify some questions about the menu with the employee at the intercom. However, instead of providing assistance and support, the staff member she encountered was shockingly rude and discriminatory. He responded to her inquiries with blatant disrespect, stating that she should simply look at the menu. My mother explained that she had forgotten her glasses, which is why she was unable to read the menu. Instead of acknowledging her predicament and offering a solution, the employee proceeded to laugh at her and, even more distressingly, ridiculed her accent.This behavior is not only utterly unprofessional but also deeply hurtful and offensive. Discrimination and racism have no place in any establishment, and it is disheartening to know that my mother was subjected to such treatment while simply attempting to place her order.We are deeply upset by this incident and request that immediate action be taken. We urge this KFC location to conduct the necessary diversity training for your employees, emphasizing the importance of treating all customers with respect, dignity, and fairness. Such behavior should not be tolerated within your organization, and steps should be taken to ensure that every customer, regardless of their background, feels welcomed and valued.We kindly request that the management team will investigate this matter thoroughly and take appropriate action to rectify the situation. We hope that steps will be taken to ensure that no other customer has to endure such an unpleasant experience in the future.

Restaurant was dirty. Employees had a cussing war going on. Had to wait 5 mins and was the only customer there. The employee was outside on the phone and seemed put out that she had to come in and take my order and straight back outside she went. Took another 12 minutes to get my food because every employee was cussing at each other.

Worst experience ever! I order my food online, got the email confirmation that my order is complete, went to the store to pick it up, the cashier watched me for 5 mins without coming to me and then only after 5 minutes they came to me to tell me that they don't have fillets and I should cancel my order. This happened when I could not even cancel my order. After a number of times that we tried to cancel the order and could not do it, they asked if they can give my some other sandwich. I HAD to get the item that I did not want just to be able to get something for the money that I had paid. The staff had no respect for me and my time. Such a waste of time and money.
