I visited Ko Fusion recently and tried their sushi. The sushi itself was fresh and nicely presented, and the atmosphere had a cool, modern vibe that made for a pleasant dining experience. However, the service didn’t quite match the quality of the food. It felt a bit lacking, especially considering the higher prices of the sushi rolls. For the cost, I expected more attentive service and an overall smoother experience. The food was good, but the value just didn’t feel there...
What an absolute gem! So glad we found this place. The food, the service, the ambiance — all so wonderful! Wish they had one in Downtown Chicago. We would absolutely become regulars!
We came on a Saturday night. Unfortunately they have way more tables than the kitchen can serve and they sat everyone… and we sat… and that put undue pressure on the kitchen resulting in sub-standard food and service.
