La Paloma catered our event today and I can’t sing their praises enough! They were so easy to work with, on time, highly prepared, and the food was EXCELLENT! Please support this family. We will be using them annually for our event. What a gem of a family and food truck!Vegetarian options: They’re happy to cater to vegetarians. I got a quesadilla with beans instead of meat and it was fantastic!Parking: We used their food truck so I guess that depends on the space you provide them.Kid-friendliness: Very friendly!

Excellent food! I got a sope, taco, and corn, and all 3 were super delicious. I loved the red and green sauce too, nice kick to it (if you're a spice lightweight it might burn you a new butthole). Very pleasant people and great customer service.

Best Mexican food in CU. The burrito is amazing with a homemade tortilla. It is "chipotle-like" with all ingredients inside and not smothered with sauce and queso which is what I search for. They are at Riggs a lot and nothing better than a beer and this food. I also like their very hot sauce. I highly recommend!

La Paloma is amazing, I go to their food truck on Green and Gregory three times a week and the food is consistent quality every single time. The customer service is amazing and I never have had any issues. Some of the best tacos in town.

I ordered steak tocos and got ground beef taco, I also ordered al pastor taco, and it was ground beef in red sauce. It was definitely not what I expect it. Special when I been to the restaurant and they give you steak when you order a steak taco and same with al pastor. They are usually on campus. If you want good taco on campus, do Burritos King or Fernando’s food truck, you will get the real meat. It was a total disappointment.

Kind staff, good and fast service. The chicken in the tacos seemed like it came out of a can, but the flavor was still good. The super burrito tasted great even after being put in the fridge because this burrito is the size of three normal ones and makes for great left overs.

La Paloma food truck catered our wedding, and we could not recommend them more! They travelled to Bloomington, were SO EASY to work with, extremely reasonably priced, and the food was 1,000,000/10. Their customer service is great. If you have any events that need some creative catering, don’t pass up on these guys!
