We had not been to a Long John Silvers in many years, and we will be going back to this location for sure! Fish was big and delicious, Fries were outstanding, Cole Slaw was excellent and our service from Ariel was fantastic and very helpful! Since we had not been there in a while, Ariel was very helpful and patient with us picking out our meals and explaining everything so kudos to her for excellent customer service! The only problems were the drink station was missing the metal grate to hold your drink when filling it and also the floor was a little bit greasy. However those things will not prevent me from going back at all. Thank you again for a very pleasant experience!

When uneducated and undisciplined teenagers are running a restaurant, what can you expect. I asked for the general manager‘s contact information and it was not given to me. Instead, the little girl behind the counter got snotty and said that she’s the manager and that I’m not getting any information for anyone else and that nothing will be done about my issue. I bet you her mama Will be proud when you get fired for what you did today. Maybe I should upload the video.

Ordered lunch for work took over 30 mins to get food the order was wrong no time to take back. Charged $5 for a large drink. Never again... go to Capt Ds. Better faster and cheaper priced.

It was ok. My chicken was not as fresh as the table next to us. The table next to us got fresh good. The employee even stayed herself. I guess the were related or something.

Went into take care of prior messed up order was told over the phone one thing no receipt needed name would be in book . Totally different folks working than other time and shift leader ( cause she was turning on register for order taker ) asks who did you talk to got a receipt like I was trying to cheat them out of a free cake . I told her forget it and would never be back . Has far has I'am concerned lesson learned and still got my $67.23 in my pocket never more never more !

I used to love this restaurant in general (not just location specific as I'm not from here.) However, this location is disgusting inside and out. The owner should be ashamed. The food was ok but honestly I felt guilty touching it seeing how disgusting it was inside. The staff seemed courteous minus some unheard remarks about us "eating in here" that I couldn't make out the entirety of. Almost every single table was dirty, floor greasy, leftover sauce packets tossed here and there. The trash can by the exit door was bagless and pulled out in front of the door. We just left our stuff on the table since I didn't see anyone up at the counter at this point. In their defense they were cleaning I think. All the same this is the last time we will be here which I'm sure doesn't matter but maybe a GM or the owner will see this and know the truth. Someone needs to step up and freshen things a bit before yet another Long John's shuts it's doors down.

The food and service was amazing! My only complaint was they need to invest in floor cleaner that cuts grease! Would recommend this food establishment!
Called ahead to make sure they were open. 10 minutes later my wife pulled in and nobody would answer at the speaker. Tried calling again and nobody would answer the phone. Lazy people who don't want to work shouldn't be employed at a restaurant.Updated: after reading the other more recent reviews, I'm glad they didn't take our order.

It was okay. Long johns I wish Bloomington Illinois had their Long John's back. They always got busy. They always have people work there. I love theirs. I love to have their fish and shrimp and etc if my favorite place to eat. But I wish I could open up here and Bloomington Illinois or have somebody else open it up cuz I don't like to drive the other places to have dinner

The food was good , but greasy, service was fast,but forgot part of our order. Couldn't turn around to go back to get forgotten food, bc I live 25 miles away.I'm glad that I looked up Menu before I got there. Half of the Outside, Drive Up Menu board is missing and really needs to be replaced.
