I went here to get the Travis Scott meal and a sprite. The McDonalds sprite is so good I think it might be Ambrosia. The Travis Scott meal was pretty good, I liked the BBQ sauce. The workers got me my food fast. I got takeout so I didn’t get to experience the inside of the restaurant, but I have been past it many times and it seems fine.

Vegetarian options: Salad pretty much and some desert options. Probably get a wrap with no meat too.

Dietary restrictions: I’m sure there is a detailed list online where you can find all the ingredients of all the menu items

Had a doordash order from here had a ice cream cone that was supposed to be delivered and went inside workers more focused on other things I am a current worker at McDonald's in Mattoon and from what I have seen in this McDonald's I am very disappointed Will not be doing business at this McDonald's ever again speed your pace up speed your time up and get the customer's orders done!!!!!!!!!! Stop standing around thinking it's a free paycheck

Very nice and clean place. The food was dry, but that’s what McDonald is. I would like my frozen blue raspberry Fanta a little more frozen. But over all service was great, food was mid, and place was nice and clean.

I went with my son because we had a job interview arranged and confirmed up to 3 times by SMS. When we arrived, the manager, in a very rude and unpleasant manner, told us that they had already closed the interviews, that they did not need to hire. My poor son was left speechless, I intervened to say how could it be that the system gave us the appointment if they weren't even looking for people, he turned around and walked away without barely answering me, very unpleasant experience, it's no way to treat and humiliate people. My son even asked the school for permission to attend the interview. Unfortunately I did not ask for the name of this manager, but it was today, November 18 at 9:35 am, she was wearing a green manager's t-shirt. Of course I will never return to this McDonald's and will share the unpleasant experience with everyone I know. It is very unfortunate that in the 21st century someone believes they have the power to treat badly and humiliate people looking for work.

24/7 is not true. I came at 4:10 and they were “closed for the next 10 minutes”. Don’t say you’re open 24 hours when you are not. Do not go to this store.

I had a disappointing experience at McDonald’s today that left me questioning their commitment to customer service and food safety. I ordered lunch with 6-piece chicken nuggets, but when I got my food, the nuggets were missing. When I went back to let them know, the staff checked my food as if they didn’t believe me, which felt uncomfortable and unnecessary. I ended up waiting awkwardly until two kind employees—one at the register and a delivery worker—noticed me and encouraged the staff to resolve the issue.

However, I asked them to remake my order because, after they inspected it, I no longer felt it was safe or hygienic to eat. At this point, the manager came out, questioned what was wrong with the food, and refused to redo the order without any apology. I found this response dismissive and disappointing, especially since the order was incorrect to begin with—I’d also received the wrong drink (asked for Diet, but got a regular).

I truly appreciate that McDonald’s is committed to hiring diverse staff, including minorities and individuals with disabilities. That said, it’s essential to uphold high service standards for all customers, ensuring consistent quality and respect. Lowering those standards can lead to more frustration and potential misunderstandings, as was the case during my visit.

I genuinely believe McDonald’s staff, especially management, need more training in customer service and handling order issues professionally.

Person at the window greeted me with a “can I help you?” And I politely ordered and he had ZERO manners, as a current shareholder for McDonald’s this had to be the worst location I visited
