Amber the manger and crew served spoiled fries. I’m in route to hospital and upset because I consumed while pregnant. Share that with manager and she argued that they don’t serve spoiled fries. When there is research about McDonald’s fries not looking old. I actually tasted it and it had a powder mold substance leaving me coughing up. Amber said she didn’t need to give her last name. And to be honest never again will I eat there. She lied about not being able to reach district manager and to be honest I want sue! How do you fight with a customer who legit calls to share that your fries aren’t fresh and that it it is indeed old and spoiled. It is April 7th at around 9pm and man I’m upset at that this issue. It’s not right!!!SMH I’m not feeling well now! It’s sad that nothing more get done about this. I’d say STOP BEING LAZY AND FOR REAL START FRESH FRIES STOP SELLING OLD STUFF TO CUSTOMERS BECAUSE FOOD POISONING IS REAL. This franchise is a good mix of quality, quick service, and a pleasant modern environment. Many workers are very helpful, during the right times the location is very relaxed and quiet, good for remote work. There are outlets at nearly every table. Restaurant stays clean.

I went to the one at Neil and Kirby in Champaign I wont be stopping there again I ordered a McDouble and Small Fry to go it took 10 minutes. Only had 1 guy working in back and 6vwomen standing out front. Very poor service I wont be going

Nothing like coming through the drive thru when it's slow, asking for extra pickles on my sandwiches, and having a total of 2 pickle slices on both burgers.... The wrappers had the request tag on them too, so I know they didn't miss the request. You guys get $14 an hour now for minimum wage?? What a joke!

This franchisee is one of the greediest money grubbers I've ever had the displeasure of doing business with. It literally costs less for a McDouble on the toll road or in midtown Manhattan. They've gotta be Mr Krabs personified. Oh yeah, staff is way rude too.
