So a large fry costs about $4.50 after tax now. Now i understand the whole market increase, but damn, don't cut the portion too! They charge you for a large fry and give you the amount for a medium fry. Asked them about it but they just acted dumb and didn't want to do anything. Now I don't know if it's all locations, or just this particular one.

Ordered a $5 meal deal. McDouble without cheese because I can’t have dairy. They made it with cheese. No big deal! They can remake it! They remade it without cheese OR onions. Oops! No big deal, I let them know it was missing onions assuming they’d just add them… and I’d be on my way. Boy was I wrong! This man came to the window and told me my receipt didn’t say anything about onions — correct! They come on a McDouble, I don’t need to mention them? But they refused to add the onions. Just refused. Threw my food in the trash in front of me. So I asked for a refund. He gave a partial refund, but I caught that and demanded the full amount I paid. He ended up giving me the full refund after initially claiming I was lying.
This could have just been solved so easily by adding the onions to my burger, but instead, they dragged out the ordeal leaving a line of 5-10 cars behind me waiting 10-15 minutes for them to figure out how to give me a refund. Every step of this visit was negative. Seems like new management may be in order.

Received fully burnt black onions on a. Steak and cheese bagel, waited 34 minutes for food with multiple people receiving food before me, manager gets pissy throwing bags like a little child. I have gotten a burger before missing a bun.

Ordered dble qtr pounder w/cheese meal via delivery service doordash. The paper sack inside the large bag was opened, the box holding the dble qtry pounder was open, missing top bun completely, looked like food was tampered with, threw everything in the trash except the unsweetened iced tea.

This is absolutely hands-down, the best McDonald’s in town. I’m not really sure who owns this location, or if they own, any others in town, but whatever combination of things they have going on at this one is perfect. The staff are always incredibly nice, the food is always the best of that McDonald’s has to offer, and I don’t think I’ve ever had an incorrect order made here.
This location also does a teachers night to help support the PTA for a nearby school, which is incredibly awesome because it allows the teachers to work behind the counter for the students, which the students love to see and it allows them to also see that the teachers are putting the work in for them even outside of the school on their own time.
I’m sure by hosting an event like that, it might introduce some sort of complication as far as logistics go for them, considering they still have to handle regular customers at the same time as having completely full lobby for all of the parents, but they do it every year.
Parking: Occasionally, during rush hours, parking can be a little tricky as spots tend to be a little bit limited, but it’s not regularly an issue at all.
Wheelchair accessibility: Folks and wheelchairs will be excited about the number of easy inclines and plenty of sidewalks to access the building. Inside, it does get a little tight, but they do have at least three separate wheelchair access accessible tables available as well.

It's McDonald's and it's fine. The summer meal specials are affordable enough that it almost feels like a good deal, and ordering on the app is convenient. This location used to be really slow, but they have been great the last couple times I've stopped in.
This franchise is incompetent. Recent visit ordered 2 sausage and egg bagels with no cheese and a large unsweetened tea. When I went through the drive thru there were no other customers. They proceeded to give me the wrong drink and had me pull put and wait for the rest of my order even tho there were no other customers. While I waited 10 car came and went through the drive thru. Then I had to go in and get my own order after 10 minutes waiting. TOTAL INCOMPETENCE!!!!
