I always love McDonald's, I use to work for the company years ago. This is a new store, I love the friendliness in the staff,plus they talk when they need to and are quiet otherwise, that's a plus for them. I know all don't share my view but I mean well and I try to look past faults, and try to look at the good amen.

There's a young man named Davon at this location that's awesome. His customer service is top teir. You never know when someone is having a not so good day when they're visiting locations. He definitely brightened our day!! Stay full of happiness and continue your outstanding customer service!!!

Very poor service I even went inside and spoke with a manager. I will not allow any of my limousines stop at any McDonald's ever. Till they properly trained the staff managers included.Kid-friendliness: This location on mattis Ave in champaign IL so run down and not kid safe or friendly

We went this evening and spoke to two people at the speaker for a mobile order pick up, then a very long pause later we just pulled through because no one was speaking. While waiting in line to get to the window the car ahead of us got tired of waiting and drove off. When we got to the window all you could smell was weed. There was a manager talking to a bunch of the back workers and the kid at the window couldn’t even form statements and was using the wrong words.

This place could screw up a wet dream. Ordered two McChickens only mayonnaise. Both had lettuce and even said special on the receipt. Sandwich was slopped together unwrapped in bag covering everything in lettuce and mayonnaise. Manager argued with me etc. Just refunded my money no apology no nothing.

Drive thru operating as efficiently as one can, yet still provided top quality McDonald's food. Staff English not so great, caused a few miscommunications, but still very friendly and polite. Overall, one of the better Mickey D's in the C/U area.

Well is it possible for McDonald's to get any worse ? The prices are outrageous, most places have you go to kiosk to order. The buns taste like cardboard and kind of stale. The fish sandwich is shrinking ! The fries have kind of a strange after taste ? I can remember when 30-40 years ago, I would gladly go and take my kids.
