Nice new location. Staff great. Downside is they claim the rewards System is not working. And the indoor play area temperature was a crazy 90°! Something is wrong with their HVAC system. Food was fresh and good!

I had an absolutely unacceptable experience at this McDonald's due to an incredibly rude and unhelpful employee.
I placed my order through the self-service machine but didn’t receive a paper receipt. However, I noted my order number from the screen. When I went to the counter, the employee claimed that no order had been received. I explained that I had already been charged—the McDonald’s app showed my order history, and my bank account displayed a pending transaction. Instead of helping me troubleshoot the issue, he dismissed my concerns and insisted my order didn’t exist because I hadn’t made a payment.
I tried placing my order twice more using the same machine, and both times, the order showed up in my app and bank transactions. Yet, he continued to refuse any assistance, growing impatient and dismissive. This not only delayed my meal but also left me feeling completely ignored and disrespected.
To resolve the issue myself, I used a different machine, and the order finally went through. At that point, I kindly suggested that he check the problematic machine, but he didn't check it at all. I then attempted to cancel my previous orders but found that I couldn’t. When I asked to speak with a manager, he told me the manager would arrive in 10-15 minutes.
What happened next made it clear that he was never interested in helping. At one point, he called out some order numbers and asked if any were mine, but since he had already told me my order didn’t exist, how was I supposed to recognize them? After waiting 20 minutes, I asked again, and he simply shrugged, saying he didn’t know when the manager would come.
I refused to accept this complete lack of accountability and insisted on speaking to someone else. Finally, he asked a co-worker to assist me, and within minutes, she found my orders and issued a refund. The receipt clearly showed the exact time I placed the order—proving that my payment had gone through the entire time. What he failed to find in 1.5 hours, she resolved instantly.
This experience was not just frustrating—it was unacceptable and harmful. I wasted 1.5 hours of my time, was falsely accused of not paying, and experienced unnecessary stress and embarrassment. Instead of receiving assistance, I was met with hostility, neglect, and complete disregard for my concerns.
McDonald’s needs to take this matter seriously. This employee was either completely incompetent or intentionally unhelpful. Either way, this level of service is unacceptable, and management must ensure proper training to prevent this from happening to others. Customers deserve to be treated with respect and fairness—this experience was the exact opposite.

Extremely slow service. You have to wait 30' in your car just for them to take your order. They unapologetically take orders from several cars that arrived after you. This place works on a first come last served basis. If you point it out, you just get ignored.
Update: a year later, they still do the exact same thing. Decay and indifference.

This location will no longer serve inside customers. This location also exclusively does not add fries to meal combos, you will have to purchase those additionally and separately (the combo meal only gets you a drink). The worst part about this location is the drive thru only accepts online orders, you cannot order in the drive thru. Hopefully someone buys this location and turns it back into a business At least.

They dropped my food, in front of me, on the way out of the store, after I was waiting in togo spot #1 for over 10 minutes. I offered to wait for a remake; they then brought the same, flattened, cold food out 2 minutes later. Never again.

The wait might be longer than most but this is probably the only McDonald’s in Chambana that cares about food quality. You can tell the frying oil is fresh and the sandwiches are as good as McDonald’s gets. I drive past 3 McDonald’s to go to this one everytime

This Playplace is the center of all entropy in the universe. Warmth comes here to die. At 37 degrees outside at no point in our 45-minute stay, did the air conditioning turn off.
At one point, I considered taking the tables apart to start a fire, but I found out they are made of ice.
My wife and I huddled around my cup of coffee as minute by minute, the heat was sucked out by the maw of the endless cold.
My daughter loves this place. She is Elsa from Frozen, so she is unaffected by the temperature.
McDonald's should offer complementary parkas for the parents that are forced to sacrifice their body heat to the god of nothingness.

I come into this location almost every Wednesday morning when I do my garbage route. The store and bathrooms are ALWAYS clean! The food is fresh and hot and there frappé machine is never down when I go there. The service is great and the workers are nice.

Gave my order to the wrong person, then made me wait 20m without an update (almost gave me someone else’s food in the meantime!).
I went in to see what was going wrong and they finally told me. Then when I got annoyed at their mistake, the manager (Angel something Reyes, I believe he said his name was?) just got super snippy and argumentative with me (interrupted me a ton of times with lots of “well actuallys” and “if you would actually let me finish”). Plus it was breakfast and I guess I had one of the last breakfast meals of the day, so they couldn’t even remake the order that I spent 20m unsuccessfully waiting for.
Would not ever recommend coming to this location, unless you want your time wasted (at a FAST food location…) . I mean there’s a Panera right down the street, at that point.

I asked for two hash browns fresh two sausage patties fresh on a McMuffin with no egg no cheese. They refried my hash browns when I got to work 10 minutes later. I can knock a brick out of the wall with it. The sausage Patty's were dry and greasy. It's a shame that people have to go through these things when we spend our money with you. I think you already have enough problems on your hand with the quarter pound. And that's not funny. Get it together, people. Treat others as you want to be served when you go somewhere. If you don't want the job. Leave!
