Having your speaker-box greet people AND ask them to order when no one is actually listening or available is one of the more maddening fast food experiences. WHY do you want me to say my entire order just to be ignored for 30 seconds and then re-greeted (by an actual human this time) as if the initial recording never happened? Like — it’s well known that humans don’t care for being ignored — and you’re just making absolute sure all of your customers feel ignored? Honestly, if you can’t handle having two drive-thrus, put a freaking traffic cone in one and just use the other. This is not rocket science…

Can we just all agree this chain sucks and we should stop going? Lol rude service every time, especially this time, even management! Especially at Champaign, Illinois, Bloomington Road. Didn’t have items I ordered on the app even though online it says that shouldn’t happen. Can’t get a refund I guess? Could go on and on and honestly could not name a more wack fast food chain

My son had an interview at this location today and the hiring manager cancelled it because he didn’t have a PEN! He’s 16 and looking for his first job and to not give him the opportunity due to not having a pen is obnoxious.

I ordered on the app for drive thru pick up and got to the speaker and the woman told me that i had to come inside to get my order when clearly my phone and app stated drive thru. So i went inside and showed the other woman whom i assumed was the manager and she told me that the system sometimes glitches. Bullshit. I told her if i wanted to come inside to pick up my food i would have ordered for counter pick up. Then i saw my food and it was the worst food i have seen. It looked thrown together and not appetizing.

French fries were cold with some of them still hard and partially frozen. Fish filet was cold and dry. Lots of loud teenagers just standing around rough housing and cussing.

Food was not great at all. Fries were soggy, sandwich was so so. But there was one employee working the front end and he was great with the customers. He made it a 3 star otherwise it would have been 1 star.

We ordered carry out for 7 people. Seriously the most efficient McDonald’s I’ve been to in a long time! Food was hot and bagged in separate bags for each meal in our order. It definitely made life easier for us! Thanks!
