We came through the drive-thru on March 17, 2026 around 5:30 PM for an online order for a family of four. The manager, Quanttrell (who refused to provide a surname, stating 'Dont worry bout it'), was completely incompetent, unprofessional and detached. I was shocked after I discovered that he was the manager and I remain highly skeptical of that claim. He had no clue what our order was and guessed it wrong three times despite the restaurant being nearly empty. When his confusion was addressed, he immediately became hostile and used profanity at the drive-thru window in front of my grandchildren. After I asked for a manager he stated that he was the manager and I expressed concern over that as I considered just cancelling the order for a refund. He then rudely stated he 'wasn’t going to deal with us' and ordered us to pull into a specific waiting spot, even though the other spots were empty and there was only one car behind us. He then sent the order out with several items missing. The employee who brought the food out was polite and professional. When I went inside the restaurant alone to retrieve the missing food, Quanttrell escalated his aggression even further, creating a volatile and hostile environment. The franchisee, Linders Limited LLC, is intentionally unreachable; the contact number provided on the drive-thru window is a dead end with a full mailbox. This store is a liability. I am filing formal reports with McDonald’s Corporate Integrity regarding this manager's conduct and the franchisee’s total failure of accountability.

When we entered the mcdonald's every table in the dining area was dirty. None of the employees seemed to be cleaning up the messes. One of the employees, a Hispanic lady, was also a bit rude and seemed to be rushing. Overall, the place looked messy and unorganized. I WILL NEVER CONE BACK. BAD MANAGEMENT!!!

I eat at McDonald’sALL The time! It’s really sad when they can’t get your order right ever!! They made my order wrong as usual tried to take my food back. He told me I had to take my food back to the other McDonald’s, which screwed up my order, even though they’re all owned by the same people! Same company! Same Management! Same owners!

Horrible drive through experience! Employees understood very little English. No fries came with my combo. Gave me the wrong dipping sauce then what I asked for. And no straws for our drinks. And they weren’t even that busy.
