They never want to sell me pies. I never had an issue until some years ago I saw an old employee and asked why this place had a horrible service if we never had issues before she explained they change management that it was sold, this talk happened like 3 years ago but my bad experience started like 5/6 years. So I decided to give them a shot its been years since last time. Well Guess what? After waiting like 10 min just to someone to take my order just to let me know they dont have pies 😑. They should have the pies option removed from their menu then. I prefer to go to Dolton if they dont have them ready they park me and I gladly do it, I know for a fact they will be fresh. Its upsetting I have to drive longer when I can just do a 2 min drive to my local mcdonalds.

I buy two double quarter pounder & asked for some ranch & buffalo sauce manager or team leader said only one allowed for two sandwiches and made me to pay for the sauce.

The water and soda taste extremely metallic. I've complained several times different days of the week. Was told each time they're gonna change the filter. It always taste like metal
They have better burger quality than other branches in Champaign Urbana. Coffee is also better! Hash brown is absolutely freshly made with crispy in the outside and soft and juicy in the inside! Last but not least, the staff is very kind and helpful:) Highly recommended if you are heading on or off the highway to stop by!

Got a quarter pounder and it was completely pink in the middle. I like my steaks medium rare, but I’d rather my burger not be. Very disappointed.

Was closed with zero signage saying it was closed. People were waiting in line and no one knew it was closed so everyone got trapped in the drive-through. What a horrible rendition of what fast food has come to. I would never pull off at this McDonald’s again if I were you.
