I am confused how Merry Ann's has currently a 4.5 rating. People talk about the breakfast food, so maybe that's it. I had a turkey and Swiss cheese sandwich and I am not sure what that turkey was. Some kind of processed something, not what turkey should be. My husband has a grilled chicken salad. . .again, processed chicken, not a chicken breast or tender.
