If you need food to eat and you haven’t cooked on a Monday come here. You need the app, but the MO’s Monday deal is pretty good. You get your bowl chips and a drink and free guacamole for the same price as a regular bowl. I went here a million times and they never disappointed. They are really generous on portions and the staff was always super chill. Shoutout Jamal.

Lobby and ladies restroom were a bit on the dirty side. Tried to explain what we were wanting. The 3 employees didn't know what we were talking about. We went ahead and ordered food then amazingly they told us we were at the wrong Moe's that we actually wanted Moe's Burrito!!! Now ain't that some ....

Made an order on the app for delivery which got forwarded to DoorDash. Delivery was never made. Contacted DoorDash to resolve and they said they would send a credit to Moe’s to refund me for the order. Moe’s never refunded me and pointed me back at DoorDash saying they didn’t know what I was talking about for a credit. So, I never got my food and I am out $35. Fantastic. I wish someone would get something right. Left a customer complaint with DoorDash as well.

I don't want to sound like a boomer, but I do think the person physically in your store should get served before someone that isn't in the store.

The employee served the couple in front of me, while he was doing so 6 receipts got spit out of their mobile order thing. The employee proceeded to start making those orders without acknowledging me.

Pros:
-app to earn rewards points
-queso tastes good

Cons:
-this place has needed a deep cleaning for years. It always has a sticky and grimy feel to it.
-the chips can sometimes have almost no salt and be extremely bland or stale. It’s hit or miss.
-“stack” item is often overcooked (see photos) or undercooked
