My wife wanted to check out somewhere new for her birthday and Moment Bakery did not disappoint! Such a cute place and the woman working there was so kind and helpful. We got an assortment of cakes, each better than the last. My personal favorite was the sweet bun with pork, which certainly sounds odd but my goodness was it delicious! Feng is so talented. I ordered from them at least six cakes and they never missed a beat. The cakes are so light and the whipped cream is perfect. The cakes are not too sweet which makes them even better. The designs are so nice and cute. They can either follow an inspiration photo or start from scratch. Great bakery shop. Ordered a birthday cake for my girlfriend. They made and delivered my cake in a very kind timely manner. The cake is so beautiful with rose on top and the flowers are so fresh. The cake is elaborately and carefully decorated with my special request of a cute monkey head on top. The fruit layer of grape, strawberry and melon is very fresh, the cream is at the top class and the cake is soft and full of milk and egg fragrance. Both me and my girlfriend are very happy.

The two layers of bread are separated, not stacked together, and the selling price is very expensive. This is the most expensive bread I eat. The most important thing is that the taste and softness are really ordinary and not sweet enough. Potato starch is used indiscriminately, it tastes sticky to the teeth, and the sweetness is not enough. It is really unpalatable.

Vicky (baker and owner) is so kind and her cakes are amazing! She drew adorable train art on a birthday cake for my toddler, and turned the cake around in two days! Highly recommend the lychee-rose flavor for cakes, delicious and delicate, complete with lychee jelly in the middle. I recommend supporting this small local family business!
The bakery is very tasty, but they don’t offer the same things everyday! Would definitely go back and get more!

As someone who isn’t very exposed to Chinese cuisine and culture frequently, this place is a must try for people of all backgrounds! When you walk through the door you’re immediately greeted with the best smelling bakery you could ever imagine. They have a few options for many different flavor profiles, I recommend trying all of them and after my first visit; I decided to make it my mission to go at least once weekly. Absolutely delicious and unique, a true delight for our campus!
