Had them out to check out a oven that stopped working. They said t he control board was bad and could order us a used board for $600. The old oven was not worth $600. Instead of spending this much money on an older oven, we decided to purchase a new oven. When the new oven would not power on, it was determined that the breaker was bad. Tech arrived within the defined window and was able to diagnose the problem with my dishwasher. In the end I ended up not doing the repair b/c it exceeded the cost of the actual dishwasher, but the tech was really helpful in giving advice on selecting a new appliance that had better reliability (previous one was a GE from 2019). Tech also gave some advice to help me save some money, which was very appreciated. Great experience overall. Will have them back to install the new dishwasher...read full review
Its a scam they lock you in to their crazy pricing by making you pay a diagnostic fee. I told them i knew what had to be repaired they said the techs must do it they cant do it over the phone . The price for the repair 450$ to fix the lock on my dishwasher .! 12 screws and an 80$ part. What a scam.
