Waited 20 minutes in the drive through just to get my single gyro meal with no cucumber sauce, fries were good tho, the sauce rly makes the gyro tho, it kinda sucked without it

Got an Italian beef sandwich and for 9 bucks there was hardly any meat on it. I asked for cheese and no cheese on it but I got charged for it and asked for Gardiner peppers they put green peppers on it. My last time coming here. WINDY CITY WILL GET MY MONEY FROM NOW ON

I have been coming here at least 12 years. I grew up here and live out of state where we dont have gyros. The front door now is blocked off by a metal bar I was told because of vagrants. My husband parked out front but as a female I felt very unsafe walking around back to the only open door. There were 3 workers but it was slow motion taking my order when only 2 people were dining there. The Gyro was the worst one I've ever had there. Onions smelled spoiled, bland tzatkiki and big chunks of tomatoes no cucumbers. Just awful. I can make a better one at home. So disappointed. The inside is grossly filfthy. Both locations are sub par. Id be interested to see their health dept ratings. After over a decade eating there I'm done!

At 3pm, they started using all pre-cut gyro meat because they were done spit roasting for the day. The heat up the meat on the flat top and add water to steam it. This resulted in mushy little broken pieces of meat with not flame taste. Worst gyro I ever had. BTW, I saw they reheat Italian sausage in fryer with my own eyes. Yuck!

We had a party for about 70 people and had Nitos do the meat. Chuck was super easy to work with, reasonable pricing, ensured I had everything I needed, and put in containers that were easy for me to manage for keeping warm & cold. The food was the perfect amount and a lot of people went back for seconds and thirds. Thanks, Niros!

They don't speak at all. You come and these people think they already know what they want. The food doesn't even taste good. I recommend you eat somewhere else. It's garbage. Go another place to eat.
