I love going into Nothing Bundt Cakes! The manager, Sarah, is so welcoming and full of energy! The cakes are delicious and moist and so cute! 💕

I came to pick up a cake for my son's bday, and this was my first time using this service. Lovely store and cake. Only took away a star because the young lady behind the counter was not very friendly at all and super apathetic to the point of it being uncomfortable (and I saw her help not just me but others, as well). Will definitely come back, but hopefully the interaction w staff will not be as uncomfortable. Fingers crossed!

The girl who took my order on the 11th was SO VERY helpful. However, the 12 Buntinis came out in a larger cake box brought out by another girl. Later on when I opened the box, they had all fallen forward out of their little compartments. I do no believe I did that since I had been so very careful to keep the box flat.
On the 16th, I picked up two more boxes of Buntinis…this time opening the boxes checking to see that the Buntinis were are intact…which they were. However, the girl retrieving to order was quite snobbish saying I could check the boxes if I wanted to. She put the boxes in a bag I bought, but I noticed later when I got home that the lid had been pushed down. While she was putting them in the bag, I walked around looking at other items. (I had asked her to reseal the boxes I had opened after checking them. I assumed she didn’t hear me since it wasn’t done.) The lid had come in contact with the icing on one buntini, and it stuck to it Having spent over $160, I expected better service instead of the “I don’t care” attitude.

This place restored my faith in humanity.

We had stopped here to grab a couple of cakes. My car would not start. We ended up calling a tow truck and messed with the car for a bit before deciding it needed to go to a shop.

As the driver was getting the car on the flatbed one of the employees came out and handed us a bag with two cakes in it. They had been watching and brought these out because we were having a rough day. They definitely have a customer for life now. A very kind gesture. This is what makes local businesses great.

This is a great business with great cakes and even better staff.

I really like this place. I always grab a personalized bundtlet for birthdays but didn’t know they offer balloons until a recent order.. their balloons are better than party city as far as durability. My orders are always ready on time and the staff is always polite. Even my walkins have been in and out.

I ordered a cake for my wedding that took place on August 25th 2024. I asked if it could be delivered & the manager Shay told me that she would advise against it because they would deliver it messed up. So I said ok The day before the wedding we were to pick up the cake & I thought they would call to let us know when it was ready. They never called, I was running errands on Saturday & did not realize it until around 6:45 pm & they were closed & were not open on Sunday the day of the wedding. So I had no cake at my wedding. I went to address it with them on Monday morning the day after the wedding & encountered the store owner. When I expressed my disappointment to her, she said we don’t do courtesy calls for cakes. I said but this wasn’t an ordinary cake, this was a wedding cake! She proceeded to say I’m going to go in the back and see if the cake is here. She comes back & wants to give me the cake. I said, “ma’am the wedding was yesterday, I no longer need the cake. She was trying not to give me a refund. My husband then comes in & asked was she going to process the refund. She says’ yeah, I’ll go ahead & eat the cost. Very insensitive!! She did not care that I had no cake at my wedding just the ingredients & cost she was out of. This was horrible & because of this bad business I had no cake at my wedding.
