I really like this place. I always grab a personalized bundtlet for birthdays but didn’t know they offer balloons until a recent order.. their balloons are better than party city as far as durability. My orders are always ready on time and the staff is always polite. Even my walkins have been in and out.

I ordered a cake for my wedding that took place on August 25th 2024. I asked if it could be delivered & the manager Shay told me that she would advise against it because they would deliver it messed up. So I said ok The day before the wedding we were to pick up the cake & I thought they would call to let us know when it was ready. They never called, I was running errands on Saturday & did not realize it until around 6:45 pm & they were closed & were not open on Sunday the day of the wedding. So I had no cake at my wedding. I went to address it with them on Monday morning the day after the wedding & encountered the store owner. When I expressed my disappointment to her, she said we don’t do courtesy calls for cakes. I said but this wasn’t an ordinary cake, this was a wedding cake! She proceeded to say I’m going to go in the back and see if the cake is here. She comes back & wants to give me the cake. I said, “ma’am the wedding was yesterday, I no longer need the cake. She was trying not to give me a refund. My husband then comes in & asked was she going to process the refund. She says’ yeah, I’ll go ahead & eat the cost. Very insensitive!! She did not care that I had no cake at my wedding just the ingredients & cost she was out of. This was horrible & because of this bad business I had no cake at my wedding.

Good cakes just a little on the pricy side for what it's is.

I'm so happy that there are now two gluten-free options for bundt cakes. I tried the lemon-raspberry today and it was outstanding. Customer service is always great! 5-stars!

I love this place, as well as their bundt cakes. My only concern is that they sell one gluten-free item and no other options. Otherwise, 5-stars.

It’s a small town. I’m sure the workers know that the mall doesn’t open right at 9am… They only give you one time slot which is 9am-2pm plus you leave notes for them to know ahead of time that the location is in the MALL. Paying a $20 delivery fee to go across the street and for it to not be officially delivered feels like they do not care and plus they said they will not redeliver. I will never order from this location again. Do better.

We love these little bundt cakes! We were first introduced to Nothing Bundt Cakes at a work event, but they instantly became our family’s favorite celebration treat. The flavor selection is great and my family (not being able to choose just one type per person) loves to get a few different flavors and cut them into 1/4s to share. The white chocolate raspberry and the chocolate chocolate chip are especially good. Would definitely recommend!
