Olive Garden Italian Restaurant

As in most olive garden restaurants, the food here is great. Service excellent and always attentive, the kitchen works with special requests and the wine and liquor selection is fantastic. Always worth the money, very short wait times if there is a wait it's short. Would recommend to anyone.

I have no choice but to leave a five star review after the truly excellent service my group and I received last night.

I am so sorry if I am misremembering her name, but I believe our server was named Alondra and I am writing this review solely because she made our experience so lovely.

She was extremely attentive, cracked jokes with our group of 4, and was very positive and kind. We arrived a bit later than anticipated and she was so understanding and polite and made sure we received our orders right away. Phenomenal service, quite literally some of the best I have ever received in Champaign. The food was great and the experience was even better.

Alondra is a gem of a server and person. I cannot wait to come back and I really hope we get her again as our server!

Ordered the 'Never ending pasta' with the spicy 3-meat and received regular meat topping, disappointed. Bottom of the bowl was watery so they need to allow more drain time on the pasta before serving.

I ordered a takeout Alfredo from Olive Garden, and I was really disappointed. When I got home and opened the box, the portion looked like a kid’s meal — it was tiny! （half for chicken and small amounts noodle) A few weeks ago, I had the same dish in the restaurant, and it was so large I couldn’t even finish it. But this time, the takeout portion was less than half of that, yet the price was still the same ($21). Really inconsistent and disappointing for the price.

Food was delicious and I know they were extremely busy this weekend but the service was terrible. I had to get up and ask for refills for a party of six only half received one refill the others including myself didn't get one until I got up to ask for it. This new generation at this restaurant would just walk in and out of the rooms and never looked at any other customers to make sure they didn't need anything or to make sure they were okay. They would NOT make any eye contact and that is huge in customer service.
