Olive Garden Italian Restaurant

I wish I could put negative -5 stars not one star. They yelled at my daughter as soon as we walked in for seating. They seated my family with a circle table attached to a square table. The seating was very awkward. Then the server didn’t greet us and was very rude before we even got to order. We walked out and the host had a smirk on his face and did not care. The most disgusting service I have ever received at any restaurant. Taco Bell has better service at 2am!

Clayton was the best server everrrrr!!! We had a blast with him and he really helped me find my favorite soup, I appreciate it Clay. He also managed to get me my birthday dessert!!! It was ever so yummy, and I WILL be back for more just because of him… just so you know.

Sunday afternoon is going to be busy. Why not have enough staff? Empty tables but we were stuck waiting for over an hour (after being told 30 minutes) with a party of 5 adults & 2 hungry toddlers. Then we were put in a back area and forgotten. Refills were super slow. Order was painfully slow to come out. Food was Olive Garden meh. But it was such an un-fun experience. One of our party was pregnant and extra hungry by the time we sat down. Still super slow on everything. Then three salads came out for 5 salad eaters. Yes, Olive Garden has been doing this for a while but somehow they have made them even smaller than they have always been. I get it, all the chains are owned by corporate profiteers like Blackrock but they don’t HAVE to suck. It’s almost like they do it intentionally.

We visited Olive garden for my grandson 16th birthday We let host & server my grandsons 16th birthday dinner and we have traveled from Ohio to eat with them, after dinner she offered my grandson at choice for his birthday of a dessert he declined the dessert because he was full they still did not sing to him.

We had Juan as our server; he was super welcoming, helpful but not intrusive, and overall I have nothing to complain about! Service was surprisingly fast considering we had a large party, so great spot overall!

2/26 - Better on timing tonight, everything was brought out as expected. I had the Calabrian Steak & Shrimp Bucatini & the wife the Limited Time Ravioli di Portobello ( an item they have had in the past & the wife was excited to see again). Both were very good & would order them again.

7/25 - Sometimes I think OG's focus on speed & efficiency over shadows the dining experience. 1) as I'm handed my menu I'm asked what I want to drink & appetizer 2) Breadsticks (no plates) show up as we place order (no drinks yet) 3) Salad shows up (no drinks yet). 4) Not this time but have had meal arrive before we finish salads / It's just a hurried experience. It's convenient & good so I still come back.

Typical Olive Garden, seems to be managed well, was there on Sunday for lunch, good service, good food, reasonable prices.

Ava and Jeff were the absolute best tag team. Ava kept bringing our refills before we could even ask and Jeff was the absolute funnest personality to be around. 10/10 would come again!

Jeff-fahferr and tay were amazing!!! Jeff was a very funny and greeting person!! Tay was our waiter and he was phenomenal!! ive always had great experience but today was even better than before!!! i’ll definitely continue coming here!!

Prices went up; quality went down. Hailey and Larissa were great. Food was just okay and about $5 per plate overpriced. Atmosphere was crowded and loud. Chairs weren't comfortable.
