The staff here are super nice. They always seem busy but that is probably because the food is quite good. I highly recommend getting the ramen egg.

We visited Oozu as a group of 4, and it was a terrible experience. We ordered katsu, and the taste was very strange - it seemed like their food wasn't fresh at all. The flavor was off, almost as if the meat had gone bad. Wouldn't recommend this place.

We visited Oozu as a group of 6. All of us had the Creamy Vegan Spicy Ramen, and all of us had a great experience. For appetisers we had Chicken Kaarage, Shrimp Sumai, and Spring Rolls. The appetizers were great, and I especially loved the Shrimp Sumai. Chicken Kaarage is very much like KFC's Chicken Popcorn. For desert, we had three types of Mochi - Green Tea, Strawberry, and Mango. I didn't like the Mango Mochi, Grene Tea was okay, but the Strawberry Mochi was absolutely amazing!
The quantity that Oozu offers is simply great and very filling. The prices might be a but on the higher end, but they feel justified. The staff was very welcoming and accomodating as well, adding the overall pleasant experience. I'd definitely recommend you to try out this place if you haven't already.

Pretty pricy for ramen but quality is top tier. Broth flavorful and noodles had a bouncy bite. Portion size for the kuragi chicken was small for price. Potato fritters were very sweet in the umami sense, could do with a splash of acid otherwise it felt like eating fried butter.
