This is more like it. Glad I happened across this spot a little further south from where I was heading, but definitely worth the trip. Somewhat industrial atmosphere with wood floors and exposed ductwork, lots of wood furniture, but love the communal approach with large tables and benches on both sides. Nice menu of Java drinks, but also fun selection of bagels and sandwiches to start off your day. In addition, they had a few yummy looking pastries as well. Espresso was definitely more sour than bitter, and almost tart. But, after a few sips, found myself enjoying it more than I expected. Latte was well executed with a good amount of foam and just the right amount of sweetness from the vanilla. I also got the Lox bagel and you have a choice of asiago cheese bagel, everything bagel, or plain bagel. This certainly isn’t a New York bagel in terms of girth, but I had a great chew, and a plethora of seasoning. Lox was great, and you can never go wrong with capers and red onions. Really cool spot plan on coming back on my next trip.

When I die, bury me in Page Roasting Company beans (whole). This is the best coffee in Champaign and, quite possibly, the entire world.

Great coffee but I think $1.25 extra for oat milk is way too much.

Excellent coffee!!
I love local spots like this for the people and the atmosphere. The place was clean, bright and inviting. The batista made a couple recommendations and I tried the harvest moon latte but would try something different when I visit again.

I can't stop myself from dropping in at Avionics for espresso when in town to hang out at Pour Bros. Craft Taproom Champaign. Always have to pick up a bag of beans from Page Roasting Company. IMO, best coffee on earth! Yes, I live near Seattle and have been to Italy, but Guatemala from Page Roasting is my favorite.
Best coffee around
Hands down my go-to for coffee here in town

Was closed at 530pm on Tuesday. Google maps says open till 9Update : $15 for 12oz coffee pack. Pricy. Disappointed even though it was freshly roasted. Not worth $15 at all

ConsMy friends and I went a couple of days ago. Ordered 3 ice lattes and a traditional macchiato. All tastes bitter. We ended up pitching them. Very disappointed about the products as we were excited to try it.ProsThe cafe itself has a nice ambiance. Quiet, clean and expressive we loved the art work s featured. Staff members were polite.
Cold brew is awesome and the owner is a super nice guy! Highly recommend!
Hours need to be updated on Google maps.
Excellent coffee and great little coffee shop.
