A girl named Stephanie rang us up at the end and she was absolutely horrible so freakin rude!!! She stared at me like I was supposed to know what she was thinking and when I asked her if she was wanting my number for rewards she said “umm yeah” with a real snobby tone and then there was a bag sitting in front of us with food so my fiance did what any other person would do, he picked the food up and she said real snobby “no no that’s not your food I didn’t hand you that bag so don’t grab that bag” what has this place turned into it used to be nice to come in and sit down and eat but nope they seriously need to think about who they are hiring people just don’t care anymore and when I go in a place I’m looking for good customer service because that’s what makes me want to come back not customer service that’s snobby and bitchy

Stopped in for a quick dinner. I got the original orange chicken and a 22oz beverage for $10. No one greeted me when I entered so I had to stand there feeling stupid. The staff were friendly otherwise. The food had a good flavor but some pieces were rock hard and completely inedible. I asked for teriyaki sauce 2 separate times but was given 6 packs of sweet and sour sauce instead. The drink was the watermelon mango refresher and it was pretty good. I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone based on my experience. Your milage may vary. I will never eat here again or at another panda express for that matter.

This place offeres good food but they are ripping people off for the price they charge and the side they give does not match. For a big plate they hardly give enough noodles or rice. There one lady working on making bowls she is so well trained to hold the portion For heavens sake give enough portion you guys are charging good enough to server enough

Daughter and I stopped by this location to pick-up some dinner while we were staying the night in the Champaign area. Place was moderately busy at the time of our arrival, but staff did a great job about keeping things moving along. The young man working the counter, Jaice, was especially personable and helpful. As for the food, everything was decent but fairly standard fare for a Panda Express. Not bad but nothing spectacular. Good sized portions. Reasonably priced.
