Great customer service from the staff. Forrest is a customer service king! They did not have coffee out on the table because they were making a new batch and he offered to take my cup and fill it for me in the back so I didn't have to wait. Very attentive to my needs even though it was busy. Give this man a raise.

Quite the breakfast and lunch. Very exquisite soups, sandwhiches, and bagels. In my recent visit. I ordered the cinnamon crunch bagel with cream cheese for breakfast. At lunch I ordered the chicken and wild rice soup with the steak and cheddar sandwich. Very delicious combo. I highly recommend. All of this deliciousness while studying is the best :)

My take-out order was left sitting on a shelf for anyone to grab. Not what I like to see when I'm spending $6 on a tiny "bowl" of soup. I don't recommend placing a take out order in advance at this location.

Um yea. I don't usually give bad reviews but I ordered 20 bucks worth of food, and after waiting a half an hour for delivery, they delivered the wrong items. So illogically I called Panera to let them know, but no one would pick up the phone. I could not contact the people to get my order fixed so I was stuck with someone else's food that I didn't even want. Also the Baja Mac and cheese (not what I ordered) is not that great.
