Panera is always a safe bet for a warm, good meal. The atmosphere was relaxed. They ran out of bread during our visit, which was around 6 pm. Thus, the 4 star service. Nothing special, but it's a good place to eat :)

Tables are always dirty. They’re not cleaning and wiping it down fast enough. Don’t order a bowl of soup because they will cheat you by giving cup size portion in a bowl. Had to go online to find out the truth about this. If a customer is spending the extra money to get a bigger portion please don’t steal from your customer.

Stopped at 8:00 and they were out of 2 different kinds of bread that our sandwiches are normally made with. They weren’t real busy but still waited 20 minutes on a carry out order. The place was absolutely filthy. The carpet is black (desperately needs shampoo) and looks like it hasn’t been swept in weeks. Tables dirty, paper towels overflowing in the restrooms. Made us question the integrity of the food we purchased. Will never go back.

Updated :Whom ever in the drive thru having a bad day (today3:20pm) or something , I'm not use to bad service or food here, but today smh don't get the chicken avocado, they will give you bad avocado on your sandwich, it's good definitely try it, but also check it. absolutely love the steak and white cheddar sandwich. as well as the papaya passion green tea(cold).
