Drive thru was slow, had an online order for which i waited for 20 mins in Drive thru. They also messed up the food by not customizing the order as i asked. Not going back again to a place where they can’t even make orders right after being patient to get it.

Panera is always a safe bet for a warm, good meal. The atmosphere was relaxed. They ran out of bread during our visit, which was around 6 pm. Thus, the 4 star service. Nothing special, but it's a good place to eat :)

Tables are always dirty. They’re not cleaning and wiping it down fast enough. Don’t order a bowl of soup because they will cheat you by giving cup size portion in a bowl. Had to go online to find out the truth about this. If a customer is spending the extra money to get a bigger portion please don’t steal from your customer.

Stopped at 8:00 and they were out of 2 different kinds of bread that our sandwiches are normally made with. They weren’t real busy but still waited 20 minutes on a carry out order. The place was absolutely filthy. The carpet is black (desperately needs shampoo) and looks like it hasn’t been swept in weeks. Tables dirty, paper towels overflowing in the restrooms. Made us question the integrity of the food we purchased. Will never go back.
