Everything in my order was correct. The person at the window was also very friendly! My issue was that I chose rapid pickup drive-thru only to sit in the Drive-Thru for more than 30 minutes. The drive-thru is also surrounded by a garden, so once you are in, you can't get out. It's worth getting out of your car for regular rapid pick up.

Three times my order has been messed up. First it was watered down oatmeal. Next it was a bacon, egg and cheese sandwich with no bacon. Today it was oatmeal without cinnamon and brown sugar. This location is convenient so it would be nice if they fill the orders properly.

Waited almost an hour for my pre-ordered takeout order but learned it was human error. The MOD comped the meal so that was nice (food was cold). Food is usually great though.

This Panera location is **the best** one I’ve gone to hands down. Everything looked and tasted AMAZING. Greens were greening, sandwiches are assembled well, etc etc. idk what they do but whatever it is it’s working. Good staff too.
Lots of really dark soufflés and Asiago bagels lately. Sometimes they’re downright burnt. Multiple times I’ve redeemed a free item from the rewards program and the free item isn’t in the bag.

This Panera used to be a normal Panera, now they serve hair on the soup. I got hair on the food two times now. And to add more the lady at the cashier was rude, she acted like she didn't understood what I was saying. I would not recommend this location. I would rather go to the Panera in North Champaign.
Had a lunch here with my grand daughter, we enjoyed the time together.
