If they would spend more time, actually taking care of the people that are in their store, they might actually be decent. Unfortunately, they made the decision to fulfill the online orders and ignore the customers in the store.

The last two times I went, there was no one working the counter. I had to use the kiosk to order and the user interface is confusing and misleading. When my food was done, they didn't call my name. I had to go up and look at the names on the bags. They got the order wrong as well.

Order name was TOWNSEND. I placed a delivery order online to this Panera location on 8/11 to be delivered today (8/19). I called yesterday just to confirm that the order was set for preparation! Everything seemed great! The order was for a bunch of pastry items, 2 half gallons of lemonade, and 1 box of coffee. The original delivery time was 2:46pm latest, which was fine because the meeting I purchased this for didn’t begin until 3. The delivery guy got here with the food items and realized he had no beverages! So he dropped the food off and went back for the beverages! By the time he got back with the beverages, it was 3:20pm! I was so infuriated because now I had to set up the pastries, interrupting the meeting! I’m not even chancing this anymore! Next time, IF PANERA IS REQUESTED, I will go pick up the items myself! Will not recommend for delivery, especially for a timely work function.

I order out from this location often, even stopping in to pick up baked bread. This was my first time dining in and I was slightly alarmed. The food was fine and tasted great. The service was pleasant for it being a busy day. However, the condition of the dining room left more to be desired. The carpet is extremely dirty and sticky. The furniture is pretty worn and the drink machine….filthy with black mildew. I would rate the overall cleanliness of this location just one star. This place needs a major cleaning before I visit again.
Everything in my order was correct. The person at the window was also very friendly! My issue was that I chose rapid pickup drive-thru only to sit in the Drive-Thru for more than 30 minutes. The drive-thru is also surrounded by a garden, so once you are in, you can't get out. It's worth getting out of your car for regular rapid pick up.
