Absolutely amazing gluten free and dairy free pizzas! Fresh ingredients, flavorful combinations, and highly recommend visiting if in the area! We can’t wait to visit again.

Food was decent. Staff was absent, disinterested, and lacked any type of investment in providing a good experience. Lots of side talk and gossip behavior. Sad!

Pizza was good, deep dish takes 50 minutes so just beware. Soup of the day was fantastic and held me over.
They have the best Orange Crush, have to try it next time you go!
Plenty of space for large parties here and they host the coaches weekly radio show.

First time here, won't be back. Very basic pizza similar taste to frozen jacks/tombstone. $30 large thin half cheese and half sausage pepperoni. Not worth the price for sure and I love pizza.

I called to see how long it would take to get spaghetti of i came in to order it since i wanted to get something quick a we were on our way home from my girlfriends surgery. I was told 10 minutes. cool I get there 5 minutes later and when I ordered i was told maybe 15-20 minutes. ehh, ok I can deal with that. it took 45 minutes to get 3 orders off spaghetti. i was never acknowledged or updated while waiting. I asked for the manager before leaving and was told that the manager was cooking. which apparently meant I could not speak to them. I then get home and realize that I didn't even receive all of my food. I also assumed that a "meat sauce" would involve some meat and more sauce than just enough to color the noodles! this was the absolute worst first impression I've ever gotten at any restaurant!

Been enjoying Papa Del's for more than 40 years. Got some carry out yesterday. Fantastic. I prefer the large super stuffed. The sausage is really choice. Got some lemon/coconut cookies for the first time. Wow. I gotta try more things here. It's hard to try something else when you know exactly what you like and have a taste for exactly that. $50 for two meals for two people is not bad either.

Extremely rude customer service
Told pick up would be ready by a specific time. Arrived at that time. Waited 30 min and it still wasn’t ready. Staff was insulting, rude and condescending.

Don’t order food from here. It’s not worth it

We host two holiday parties every year at Papa Del’s. They do a fantastic job setting up their upstairs space for a festive, fun party. The food is top notch, and the bar service is friendly. There’s extra space to set up games, and they have a great AV system for music or watching a sporting event. We have hosted parties here for 10+ years - and we will be back!

Rented north upstairs conference room for Daughters wedding. Easy to plan, work with staff and plan event. The food was amazing. They helped us prepare to take food with us. The delivery of the food and drink was spot on. Well done and thanks to all!

The sausage is incredible. The deep dish pizza was great. The donut bites with hot honey are amazing. Come here hungry.

Local legend. The big pizzas take a long time to cook, but it's clean with a good atmosphere. Server was polite and did a good job with our group. Plenty of seating.

Since our first visits back in the early 1970s, Papa Dels had been our favorite pizza place. We’ve had pizza from every location they’d had. Over the years, we’ve noticed a difference in the service and the pizza.
On our visit today, we did have very good service from our waiter. We ordered slices of pizza, a salad, and fried veggies. We should’ve sent the slices back. They tasted like reheated pizza that was not freshly cooked today. My slice seemed slightly undercooked in places. After years of eating this pizza, we are very aware of how it should taste and were disappointed today. With 50 years of eating Papa Del’s pizza, we’ve had it fresh, cold, reheated in the microwave, reheated in an oven, and baked from frozen pizzas we either flew home with or brought back in coolers. I do regret not mentioning my disappointment in my cheese pizza slice today.
The salad was good. The fried veggies ok.
Sadly, we do eat Papa Dels pizza much less often now than we expected.

The dough is over whelming
Pizza is more like eating 3 layers of soft pretzel.
No Thanks

Food is great but service is very sub-par. Host was not friendly and made us wait ten minutes before even acknowledging our presence. Once we were seated our server took 15 minutes to come to our table. We noticed the server wasn’t attending to any other tables as much as they should have been either. We were prepared to wait a long time for our pizza to bake but not prepared to wait almost half an hour to be seated and waited on when the restaurant was not busy at all.
