Papa Johns Pizza

I usually have a pretty decent experience at this location; but tonight I ordered a large pizza; but I did not receive a large pizza. Disappointed because this has to feed 3 children and one adult! We are not gonna get full tonight!

Only writing a review after having several different orders messed up. It’s like they make whatever pizza they feel like in the moment, ignoring what was ordered. Pizza is always really late and the flavored wings barely come with any sauce. They look like plain wings with an accidental drop of sauce.

Management here is the worst, currently have one guy working and he is drowning in orders and unable to service anyone coming in to pickup orders. I blame MANAGEMENT, do better and hire more people at a decent wage!!!!

This Pizza is delicious we get the thin crust no less than twice a week. The team that work there are friendly and respectful. I am glad my husband and I discovered this delicious pizza place. It saves us time and money. More importantly the pizza is delicious.

There has been a decline in quality over the last 6-9mos. A get a lot of pizzas that aren’t properly proofed or baked, causing giant bubbles in the crust. The bubbles are so large that the cheese and toppings slide off. This picture is of an “extra cheese” pizza I got the other day. I did get a replacement bc this was never “extra cheese”, but even the replacement was bubbled. At least on the replacement you could tell they actually put extra cheese on it.

Also, they use DoorDash for delivery now and the Dashers do not read the delivery instructions that are clearly printed on the pizza.

5/25 Had the pizza remade. It was still only a 4. The cinnamon pull aparts were a 5. I’d give the first guy I talked to about remaking it a 4.5 only he had to get a manager. I’d give that guy a 1.5. He wasn’t helpful but finally said he’d talk to another manager. They said I had to have called a remake in the night I got it, not the next day. I’d had surgery and the pizza didn’t come until almost 10 and I didn’t want to wait up for another hour to get a remake. But he did make it happen, so I’ll give him a 3.5, He just was not very friendly.

First review on 2/14/25 Horrible. Cold pizza, charred edges, not even a thin layer of cheese covering pizza, cheese was only in the middle. Cinnamon pull aparts only covered two thirds in the cinnamon, the rest dry and hard, zero icing on them. Paid $35 for cold dry food. Thanks Papa John’s. NOT! I hadn’t ordered from Papa John’s in at least a year, now I know why. Just had surgery and wanted a little Valentine’s Day treat for my husband. Too bad Jet’s had sold out of their heart shaped pizzas. I gave three stars for service only because the delivery guy was so nice and apologized for the late pizza.

Order was completely wrong. It wasn’t even close. Ordered an XL extra pepperoni pizza, light cheese, and 2 cups of pizza sauce. They gave me an XL pepperoni and sausage, extra cheese with no pizza sauce cups. Clearly whoever made my pizza was either blind or illiterate.

SHORT WEIRDO WITH GLASSES AND MUSTACHE IS VERY RUDE AND UNPROFESSIONAL….NOT SURE IF ITS A MAN WOMAN OR A HE SHE BUT VERY RUDE AND HATES ITS JOB

Deliver driver was door dash I was not told this and would of picked it up myself if I knew this he was rude and took over a hour it's just less then a mile .
