Their donuts are great. Drink service and especially catering orders leave a lot to be desired. Drinks take a while to be made even when the store isn't busy. We also just placed our first and last catering order for a birthday party. Pre-ordered and paid weeks ago, set the pickup time for 10 am, we show up and they act like oh great we'll start working on that right now?? Finally got our order 30 mins late, and a man walked in to pickup another larger order after us and was told he'd have to wait at least another 20mins because they haven't even started frying the donuts for his order yet. Dont have a catering order system if you can't handle it, or at least let your customers know ahead of time that you cannot honor the time they need it picked up by while you still have some.

Lot of mistakes here. Ordered to go but gave me my sandwich on a plate. Gave my fiancée her coffee without flavoring and when we told them they took it and pumped a ton into it which caused it to spill over the lid. The small soda I ordered also spilled because they filled it up too much. Staff are a bit rude - order process is chaotic and unclear with a donut section and then going to the register for the rest of your order. Told them my name (two syllables) for them to immediately abbreviate it to one syllable right in front of me. When they call your name they say it with a rude tone as well. Seating arrangement is also strange. Experience overall was poor and showed signs of chaos that you’d expect in a place that had just opened this week. This place is within walking distance from my apartment but we most likely won’t be coming back.

Doughnuts were delicious. Customer service wasn't that great. I went in around 11:30 am on 11-7-25. When u first walk in there was three people behind the counter. One of the lady employees was talking to a male employee and was using swear words. I told the other lady behind the counter that this was my first time here and did she have any recommendations. She said idk ma'am I've only been here three days. It wasn't what she said it was how she said it. I think swear words should be saved for private conversations and the employee helping me could have explained the products a little better but looked agitated. ☹️

I normally have a good experience at Parlour but today I informed one of the cashiers that there was a fly on one of the donuts and her response was “and what do you want me to do about it? Grab it?”. She proceeded to make other smart comments because I kept telling her that she could at least remove the donut from the case so that another customer isn’t eating a donut that had a fly sitting on it. “There’s nothing I can do about it” was her other response. It’s a bit disgusting and unsanitary to leave donuts out for sale that flys have landed on. And her attitude/sarcasm didn’t help the situation. I walked out without buying anything.

In love with the doughnuts, not in love with the service. Almost all of the workers had an attitude, the girl I had received my doughnut from seemed like she wasn’t even paying attention when I was ordering, & didn’t give me the right doughnuts that I had asked for. I had also ordered coffee, and was waiting to hear my name for the order, & they never did, just placed it on the table. I had heard from a friend the service was terrible, and unfortunately experienced it myself.

So delicious. The dough in the doughnuts is irresistible. I tried five flavors during my two-day trip to Champaign.
I was so happy to see a donut place with so many options including gluten free. I ended up buying donuts for work because I could not stop talking about how great they are, and how many different flacor selections are offered!

This shop does have good donuts and breakfast sandwiches, but any time I’ve ever gone there the general attitude of the staff is that I’m irritating them by having the audacity to order donuts or breakfast sandwiches. The really weird part is that it’s always someone different but they all have the same attitude and demeanor. I did meet the owner once and she was perfectly kind, so I don’t understand the bad attitude of the staff. It’s definitely a turnoff for what otherwise would be a good experience.

Ordered for pick up online. Order was supposed to be ready at 8:05. We arrived on time and waited several minutes. We were short on time (the reason I ordered ahead) so I went inside. The had no idea there was a pick up order. Had to wait while the put it together. Waited while everyone who came in behind me got their order and left. Should have just went in and waited in line. It would have been faster. 20 minutes past my pick up time and im finally back on the road! Wish I could adjust my tip now!
