This shop does have good donuts and breakfast sandwiches, but any time I’ve ever gone there the general attitude of the staff is that I’m irritating them by having the audacity to order donuts or breakfast sandwiches. The really weird part is that it’s always someone different but they all have the same attitude and demeanor. I did meet the owner once and she was perfectly kind, so I don’t understand the bad attitude of the staff. It’s definitely a turnoff for what otherwise would be a good experience.

Ordered for pick up online. Order was supposed to be ready at 8:05. We arrived on time and waited several minutes. We were short on time (the reason I ordered ahead) so I went inside. The had no idea there was a pick up order. Had to wait while the put it together. Waited while everyone who came in behind me got their order and left. Should have just went in and waited in line. It would have been faster. 20 minutes past my pick up time and im finally back on the road! Wish I could adjust my tip now!

I had one of the worst experiences here, hands down. The employees were literally standing in the back, chatting with each other while customers were left waiting. At first, I tried to give them the benefit of the doubt, thinking maybe they were busy with drive-thru orders. But then came the unbelievable part: when I scanned my membership card before being prompted, the barista actually told me, “patience is virtue.” (and she told me this THREE times!????) Excuse me? That’s not just rude, it’s insulting.

I genuinely enjoy the doughnuts from this place, which makes this experience even more frustrating. But with service this dismissive, careless, and unprofessional, the food doesn’t matter. This café desperately needs to get its staff in order—or it’s going to keep driving customers away.

Love parkour donuts BUT we went out of our way to make a trip there on a Saturday during their normal business hours and they are closed!! There is an employee standing in the store behind the counter but the doors are locked. No explanation! Very disappointing! He did not offer an explanation and the website says they’re open!

has the best donuts—light, fluffy, and full of flavor! The savory sausage biscuits are absolutely delicious too. Great food, great vibe, highly recommend! :)

I was disappointed when ordering a Acai bowl. After ordering and paying plus a 5min wait. I was told there was no granola. This is a big part of the bowl but I said it's fine and still had to wait 10min. Inventory should be done so that when an order is placed the customer will have the option to get it or not if there's something missing.
