The woman who took my order on 11/17/25 around 6:40p needs to be fired. Her attitude was horrible after simply asking her what specials they have for single pizzas.

Food is definitely good can’t complain on that. Just the service, ordered this deals pizza and side, went home open the box without the side, went back to get it and was expecting for a decent chicken size but it’s not, 2 is normal size and the other 2 is like extra or the last two at the end of the bag of chicken, my expectation was too high since pizzahut is always been my fav pizza place, that was quite a drive going back and forth, and I don’t live next door. It’s my first time ordering the deals, and I’d say this 7.99 doesn’t look worth $7.99 at all. Should have order 1 whole pizza instead, so disappointing. Probably not going to order here anything sooner. Would be nice if we have another Pizzahut place in town.

Better to have the Buffet if they are busy, that way you get fresher food (due to fresh food being constantly brought out).

Ordered delivery and waited over an hour only to receive a message that my order got canceled. After multiple attempts to call and not getting any answers I went in person. Many people standing and waiting. The staff seem unsure as to what happened to my order until after 45 minutes of waiting even more they concluded that my order got handed over to someone else. So, I waited even longer and once I was handed my pizza it had been well over 2.5 hours since my initial order. Once I got home I discovered I was given the wrong pizza and it didn't taste very well at all. Very disappointing experience considering I was charged delivery fees and a tip and I had to drive in to get my pizza only to find out it was the wrong pizza. I paid over $30 for a medium wrong pizza that didn't taste good at all.

Sometimes they are decent.... but they forgot my mozzarella sticks and sent me fries instead. The fries are cheaper than the mozz sticks, so I lost $2.

Saw a post recently saying Pizza Hut buffet was great! Thought I’d treat the family. If you are ever considering Pizza Hut buffet. Dont!
It’s from 11-3pm. Got there around 12:30.
Salad was basically gone and brown, never refilled. Like 7 olives in bucket, no croutons and pickle spears looked craazy bad. They never refilled anything on salad bar whole time we were there. Like they were just trying to wait it out till 3.
On top of that all the pizzas were old and cold. There was Like 3 supremes that no one was eating. Took 15min for them to bring out a fresh cheese (only thing my daughter eats) only to discover it was only a half cheese and half pepperoni, that was gone instantly. Thought I’d give her breadsticks until more came out, nope, rock hard. Never brought out another cheese pizza whole time we were there. Family next to us was saying the exact same thing. Was going to take a video of how bad everything was but my daughter was using it to watch something to keep her from the boredom waiting on something edible for a 5yo.
There were 4 employees standing around while 1 girl was bussing tables, refilling ice and taking orders. Props to her! We almost walked out but lady kept saying cheese was on the way out. Yeah, 5-6 slices for 5 families with kids.
Worst $40 I’ve ever spent by far though. Extremely disappointing.
