Lady that has been here forever is always stressed out and gets all defensive for no reason. I understand this location is the only one in the area. Maybe the Champaign/Urbana area could stand to have another franchise move in and be competition for this branch. Called 3 times and never got an answer. Had to walk in to order. The lady Like I mentioned gets super stressed and defensive. No need to raise your tone with me. Honestly might just stop buying Pizza hut due to every visit being overly dramatic and busy. This branch has seating but no dine in. This branch is a mess and the owners are making no effort to fix their problems.
Every pizza that I get from here is always hot and delicious. The staff is always friendly. This is the best Pizza Hut in the area. And I make a habit of going there weekly because I know I’ll always get good food.

I ordered the $7 add 2 or more meal. This is false advertisement. My pizza and Cinnabon came out to more than what the sign says. The lady said that the soda was $1.59 and that wasn't true. The place isn't open for seating or to dine in. It's take outs and deliveries I suppose.

Have them put you on hold twice and both times they hangup on ya. Then when you call back and try and joke and say, y'all keep hanging up on me, with a giggle, of course they didn't do it and then they talk down to you. Restaurant is gross and have the time you'll stand there while someone just looks at their cash in he register and their phone and never acknowledge you exist. Kitchen is filthy and staff is rude. Pizza hut used to be a great place. Don't worry, they'll get on here and comment to my post that somehow their lack of caring is the customers fault. "I think someone hanged up on me" lol........ pizza hut employee." Uhhhh, I don't think so". I guess it was imagination that I got the hangup tone and had to call back. Champaign is trash.

I ordered online and was quoted 14 minutes. I live on the north outskirt of Urbana so it takes me at least that long to drive to this location. Then I was stopped by a train on Bradley for a good 10-15 minutes. When I finally made it to this location, I was informed that my order wasn't even made yet. Obviously I was a little miffed but the lady I spoke with on the phone was very nice and offered to make my order and comp the bill since it was their fault. I was very impressed with how well they corrected their mistake. Will definitely return.
