We went here recently on a weekend night when it wasn't busy. We ordered the Margherita pizza, which was incredibly disappointing. It was very oily, there were only 3 slices of tomatoes on the whole pizza, and the crust was soft and still doughy. It was so bad that we only ate half and didn't remotely want to take the leftovers. Soda also isn't fountain drinks and is $5 per pop, which is very expensive for the area. Server forgot to bring the drink the first two times we asked for it. Not good food and not good enough service - I don't recommend eating here

This place may offer the most authentic Neapolitan-style pizzas in the central Illinois area. We ordered seven different pizzas to share. They all came out hot and fresh at the same time, with a generous amount of toppings, and we enjoyed all of them. The service could use some improvement, as we waited a long time before we could place an order or get our bill.

Felt like italy, food was extremely good, felt really authentic. Once we ordered food came out fast. Service for everything else was slow, it could be possible they were going for authenticatic italian speed of service. In Italy it's normal to take a long time to eat.

Simple the best Neapolitan pizza that I have had outside of Italy. Great atmosphere, great service, and outstanding food. Seems like many of the people complaining about the food didn't understand what they were supposed to get. It's about the quality ingredients and simple flavors, not a lack of unnecessary spices, etc. First time in Champaign (a great place, by the way), and I will 100% return to Pizzeria Antica next time I am near it.

Really enjoyed my time here. Salad was fresh. Pizza was hot and delicious -- you can tell they use top notch quality ingredients. Peroni on tap. Gelato if you want it. Service was the right level of attentive. I liked that it was quiet to start and then got more lively, but never felt rushed. I'll come again.

Supposedly the best (and it is) Okay so, traveling through town I looked up what is considered the best place to get pizza and this was the place. Price is a little high for the area, but had to try and man was it worth it. Probably the best pizza I’ve ever had. Had to do a double take though because the pizzas are so light I thought the boxes were empty, but I loved it. No regrets. Would definitely come back.

Crust was good and cooked through, but the inner part of the pizza dough was raw to the point it could be molded to the touch. Pizza was very wet, messy, and fell apart when picked up. One pepperoni pizza had enough pepperoni for 4 pizzas. Gelato was as expected (good). Pizza came out very quickly. Service was very attentive and apologetic for the pizza dough. Offered to make a new one, but I declined.
Very good Italian style pizza! A bit pricey but every pizza I’ve had has been delicious and the atmosphere is laid back and staff was friendly.

This could be renamed “Soggy Bottom Pizzeria”. It’s sad because the elements are there for great pizza. 90 seconds in the oven wasn’t enough time. Also, we were the only table at 5:00 and the service was absent. Nobody cared we were there and unsatisfied with soggy pizza. Good luck!
