Every time I’ve been to Portillo’s I’ve never been disappointed, but this time was not the case. My husbands Italian beef barely had any beef on it, my burger patty was burnt and had no seasoning, I ordered the rodeo for the first time and was not a fan of the BBQ sauce, and the fries were not as hot as I usually get them. Other than that my kids enjoyed their food and shake.
