Good location with street or interstate access. Clean and orderly. Friendly staff with pleasant characteristics. Large variety of beverages and variations of sandwich menu items. Large seating area also has drive thru. Good size parking areas for customers. Try the strawberry 🍓 dragonfruit and mango 🥭 drink...so refreshing.

Honestly ruined my day ordering from here :( I had a mobile order pickup for two sandwiches. The worker handed me my order bag and, sure enough, the order slip had both of my sandwiches listed on it. The bag only contained one of my sandwiches. I didn't realize until I got home and I didn't have time to go back. How do you miss an entire sandwich in an order? The sandwich I did get barely had anything in it as well. Basically just paid $11 for bread.

The other Potbelly in our town is great. This store is full of lazy people that make food terribly and have really shitty attitudes about it. How can you make a sandwich with all premade ingredients badly? I’ve ordered from here three times and went in and there were no other customers in the restaurant and I still waited 15 minute somehow. The staff were rude for no reason. Worst Potbelly location in central Illinois.

I ordered the giant Italian and the sandwich only had 1 and 1/2 pieces of meat across the whole sandwich, these pieces were also extremely thin. So now less than 1 hour later I am now starving!

This franchise is nothing but a joke run by people who could care less about their job. I understand that there are going to be days where you are not on your best game however there have been three separate occasions where this establishment has proven that they are never capable of functioning. The first incident was when given $27 in cash, the cashier could not figure out how to subtract what I had paid in cash from my total so I could pay the remaining balance by card. I stood there for 15 min until she finally went for help and the manager was also unable to subtract $27 from my total and appropriately charge it. Food was cold by the time they let us have our sandwich and figured out simple math. Second incident was an hour and a half after they opened. Husband and I walked in for lunch only for us (and the 15 other people in line) to be told “they only have 4 loaves of bread left.” Not sure how that is since they are literally a SANDWHICH shop. Third incident was our final straw with this establishment. As we walked into the building we were immediately turned away as they are “an hour and a half behind and not taking inside orders.” Another woman in the establishment informed me she has waited 90 min for her food and had not received it. So unless you want an absolute joke for lunch, I would highly recommend avoiding this establishment.
I would implore the owner of this store to also address this appropriately instead of their typical “We’re so sorry that your experience did not match your expectations. Please help us to improve by providing more information on your experience. We can be reached at [email protected].” response that they put on every complaint. Do better

I just tried potbelly for the first time. It was awful. No one should eat here. I will never eat here again. I ordered a turkey sandwich and a pickle. The turkey sandwich had wrong toppings & the turkey was really dry, almost like the turkey had been sitting out on a counter for far too long. The pickle was warm and cut into random sized pieces. I was so confused at what had happened when I unwrapped it. The pickle also had a weird yet bland flavor. I don’t know how to explain it. The entire meal grossed me out. I ended up just throwing it all away.
