I waited more than 30 minutes for the order I choose pick up. The person waiting on the cashier does not answers if my order is ready. Worst store!

I just tried potbelly for the first time. It was awful. No one should eat here. I will never eat here again. I ordered a turkey sandwich and a pickle. The turkey sandwich had wrong toppings & the turkey was really dry, almost like the turkey had been sitting out on a counter for far too long. The pickle was warm and cut into random sized pieces. I was so confused at what had happened when I unwrapped it. The pickle also had a weird yet bland flavor. I don’t know how to explain it. The entire meal grossed me out. I ended up just throwing it all away.

I love potbelly’s so it sucks that this location is terrible. I’ve tried a few different times and always had really slow and bad service, sandwiches not carefully put together at all.

I love the food here. But all you do is stand there and wait and don’t get acknowledged by a bunch of people walking by you. I’ve had this in other states, that’s why I love the food. But the service at this specific location is terrible

My roommate and I ordered from here on Uber eats, and on the ticket attached to the sand which it was correct. However, my roommate specifically notes she was allergic to mushrooms and didn’t want meat. Just sauce and cheese on bread, and what did they do? They gave her a sandwich of all meat and mushrooms mashed together. She is very allergic and would have gotten violently ill had she eaten it. Either this was some disgusting joke from the staff or no one there is checking food safety. Either way we will never order or go there again, regardless of a mistake or not she could have been seriously sick from their lack of attention or care.

Stopped while traveling, Arrived after a team with 20 players, still was able to get order taken quickly and get our food very fast. Food was hot and tasted just as I remembered. Cake shake was excellent.

Our order did get messed up, but khasean, he took immediate accountability. He made excuses for the coworker who made the mistake. which was honestly honorable. He handled everything in a very professional manner. keep doing everything you're doing khasean, dont let anyone take you down you're doing great. :)
