Stopped while traveling, Arrived after a team with 20 players, still was able to get order taken quickly and get our food very fast. Food was hot and tasted just as I remembered. Cake shake was excellent.
Our order did get messed up, but khasean, he took immediate accountability. He made excuses for the coworker who made the mistake. which was honestly honorable. He handled everything in a very professional manner.

Placed a mobile order, arrived at the specified time, and waited for 22 minutes in the drive thru with 2 cars in front of me. When I got my order, I had to pull back around and take several more minutes to get my wife's missing chips. Very frustrating experience. Sandwiches were correct and good, albeit a little cold once we got them.
