It's a nice little soup and sandwich shop, tasty on a cold day. The price was always a little high for what you get, but they recently stopped accepting cash all together. Why must I pay Visa/Mastercard anytime I want to eat? I won't be back until they accept cash again.

Anybody who knows me know that I love potbelly, the food is good. But I am super disappointed today with my food.. i ordered online As I usually do, to get a sandwich With all the trimmings, all the toppings and to get it with just meat and cheese when I get home, and I paid 24 dollars for the order.. Food is to expensive to get it so wrong

Slowest potbelly I have ever been to. 40 mins when arriving at 11:40am on a Sunday.
This location always has something wrong - today it was about 15 people waiting around bc none of the pick up orders were ready on time (& they were only accepting pick up orders). My order can me out 20 min late and was missing an item.
The food was dry as dirt and it tasted awful and jimmy John’s is better than this place including the price

The man who served us was really nice, but when we got to the register an employee straight up snarled at me and rolled their eyes when I told them my order. 5/5 for the employee who served us before them though. also I think the cashier was racist or something.

Stopped by for a quick meal. The staff at the kitchen (I assume teenager) literally rolled his eyes?when I was talking to him. He also pretended to unhear me when I was ordering food. His voice was so low that I had to pardon him again and again. Then he gave me side eyes ?. I wonder should I trust the food he made for me or not. All of these happened for no reason. Luckily Potbelly you had another female staff come to rescue who gave me greetings. Her name card says KY❤️. I could have negative star ratings if it wasn’t her.
I’m more astonished than being pissed off in the whole situation. Why would you keep somebody who’s so rude to customers?

Stopped by during the lunch hour to find the door locked with a handful of people eating and staff inside; no signage posting as to why the door was locked. Other people outside with us were trying to pick up delivery orders that had been paced an hour earlier and hadn't been delivered as requested. One of the staff inside gestured to shoo us away from the door and went back to ignoring those of us. After trying to call to see if they were open (no one answered the phone) and standing at the door for several minutes one of the staff finally came to the door to tell us they were closed until they finished a large catering order and were frustrated with us because they kept getting interrupted having to come tell people to leave.
Like... I get that catering orders take a lot of time to prepare (probably shouldn't allow what I assume are same day catering orders at understaffed locations) but all they had to do was put a note on the door and close online ordering till they were done.

I placed an order to go and when I got home I noticed that my Broccoli Cheddar bowl was just a normal cup size. I called the restaurant and explained what happened and I was immediately given sass by the guy that answered. He wanted me to drive back for a replacement and the rest of my order was fine so I suggested a refund since I didn't want to make another trip. He gave me more sass and asked me "Do you mean you want 89 cents?" In a demeaning tone. First off it's over a $2 difference between the two so I don't know where he got that number from. It was obvious he wasn't going to help so here I am leaving a review.

My boyfriend and I had just got off work painting exterior all day in the heat, and walked around campus for a place to eat. We found Potbelly's and it sounded perfect ...so we ordered...and when we went to pay with "cold hard cash" they said they don't accept cash, only apple pay and cards! Let me tell you I was heart broken ? Just tired and hungry and over that day.....so we left and just before we crossed the street the manager (Jeremiah) yelled to us to come back! They gave us our meals and we're so kind! The food was delicious and and I would 10 out of 10 recommend stopping there! Thank you so much Jeremiah and Felicia! We will be back!...and have a card to pay!

I have always enjoyed potbelly’s but this location is Horrible!! It was lunch time with an empty dinning area, only 6 people in line to order sandwiches and 2 drive through cars. There were 4 employees upfront but only one was taking customers orders then finishing the sandwiches while all the other employees were talking, spinning around doing absolutely nothing not even helping their co worker make sandwiches!! I was the second person in line and ordered 1 skinny sandwich. Which took over 10 minutes since only one of the employees was working. Staff was not pleasant either. Recommend staying away from this location!!!
Did a pick up order and didn’t realize it was completely wrong until we got home. Checked the receipt on the bag and we ordered correctly too. Rlly disappointing as this is a far drive for us. :(

I used to come here pretty often 4-5 years ago, but they seem to have gone downhill in the past year or 2. The food itself is good, but the hours are very inconsistent, and they seem to close at random times during the day. I have come in several times to find that the place was either closed, closing or otherwise not accepting orders. I don't necessarily mind weird hours but they don't match up at all with what is posted on Google. I probably won't be going here again. Quite frankly, there are better options in the area that are actually open when they say they are open.

Good food as usual for Potbelly, but the automated service system here is god awful. Ordered a shake online because I know from past trips that this is how this location works but was denied it on pick-up because my order should've been "in-person" and shakes were apparently not available at this time, despite being marked available online.
