Sarah our waiter was amazing! She was polite very professional. She would be the reason I’d come back, very great service. The only thing I would say is there was a girl bussing tables and took our drinks when we weren’t done and didn’t even ask if we were done. I had a brand new drink too.

We had lunch today at the Champaign il Red lobster we got there when opened at 11, was ask how many in our party told her five and a highchair waited a few minutes. She went to see us and told the lady to take us to a booth, and I stopped and can we please have a table and this upset her greatly she rolled her eyes said to the other gal what am I supposed to do and they told us to sit down that they had to get a table together for us? so we sat down patiently and waited about 15 minutes again nobody's in the restaurant but us they take us to our table. It takes about another 10 to 15 minutes for the waiter to come over he places our order is not friendly from the time we placed our order till we got our food was about 40 minutes. We got one round of biscuits was not concerned about refilling our drinks. I finally said to him after about 35 minutes if it's gonna be much longer we're just gonna go ahead and leave and go somewhere else and he said it'll be out in a little bit so we sat there and it was about 10 more minutes and they brought it out And it was horrible. Just horrible. My pasta had a ring around it where it had been setting and it was cold the shrimp scampi it was way overcooked. The shrimp was almost too chewy and hard to eat and again it had a film where it had been setting for a while. My baked potato was half uncooked. I couldn't really eat it. It was too hard, and I never said anything about it because at this point we we knew that they for some reason didn't care for our table, but it was just a horrible, horrible experience the staff the lady that checked us in was extremely unprofessional and very rude to us when we left. They told everybody else have a good day and until ignored us and we didn't do anything we just went to eat and they were so extremely unprofessional and rude and the food was disgusting. I've always loved red lobster has been one of my favorite restaurants, but I won't go back to the Champaign il again they treated us just absolutely horrible.
