We went to Red Lobster in Champaign today around 2:30. We waited over an hour for our food. When we got our food is was over cooked and wasn't fresh. Very frustrating after spending $120 on dinner.

Food quality was terrible. We didn't get our food for almost 2 hours and half of our meals were burnt and we didn't even get what we ordered. They swapped out our sides didn't ask us what we wanted to swap them out for and brought us what they felt that we should have on our plates. We didn't even finish the food. The server was nice, but I'll never come back. After kindly and candidly sharing our experience with the manager, he basically did nothing to make their shortcomings right. This was a less than underwhelming experience, poor would be compliment, and I wouldn't recommend anyone come here. This message will also be reported to their corporate via email as I head to another restaurant to get dinner.

The bar area lacked consistent service, it took forever for updates to order that were requested, as well as to get waters to drink and biscuits to start with. Despite not being busy it felt like no one was paying any attention to us.

I have always been a big Red lobster fan so I went for my anniversary, and the food was absolutely nasty. We ordered stuffed mushrooms as an appetizer. Calamari, then we ordered the lobsters. Everything was absolutely n nasty so hurt. The only thing that was good. That day was the biscuits. I've never been to red lobster, and the food tasted bad. My feelings was just hurt.

I spent $40 on a Lobster Lovers Duo, and one lobster tail was still uncooked! Service was also very very slow. Would not recommend to anyone.
This was a takeout order, I received the email confirmation for the order at 3:39 pm and was told the meal would be ready in 25 min. I arrived at the restaurant about 5 min. early and was greeted by the staff. A staff member checked on my order and said that the food was ready but they were waiting on the biscuits. 15 min. later the same staff member came back and apologized for the delay, stated they were still waiting for the biscuits and disappeared into the kitchen. Almost 1 hour from the time Red Lobster acknowledged receipt of my order still no meal. I spoke to a different staff member, showed her their app, which showed that the meal was ready to pick up, and had displayed that for over 30 minutes and that I was repeatedly told that the biscuits weren't ready. When they finally brought my food, the biscuits were hot but the meal was cold.

The restaurant wasn't crowded, so we were seated immediately. Their new menus are colorful and inviting. I had the lobster tail, shrimp on a skewer, salmon, and baked potato. Delicious. Our waiter was friendly and attentive.
