The hostess seemed irritated each time more people came in the door. One group that was there before us left because they were tired of waiting for her. Our server was attentive. She brought drinks before we needed to ask for refills. The food was okay, but I have had much better at other Red Robins.

Excellent food
The wait and preparation was excellent. I ordered Togo on the app but when I got there, the hostess was away seating someone. Thankfully a gentleman came right up to help me. He told me my food would be ready in under 5 minutes and it was. Then a lady from the kitchen brought it out and everything was perfect, 100% as requested. This means that in 5 minutes, 3 different people cheerfully helped me. You don’t see this as much anymore, so I was very impressed. Food was excellent too!
The only complaint I have is that the chocolate pretzel milkshake really just tasted like a chocolate milkshake, but it was still good. I just was looking forward to the salty part, yet it wasn’t there. I obviously still drank all of it though!

To start off, the experience was disappointing from the moment I walked in. The claw machine near the entrance was broken — not out of order, but clearly neglected and in terrible shape. What a waste of $5. It set the tone for what was to come.
When it came to the food, things somehow got even worse. I ordered an entrée that cost around $20, which included half chicken fingers and half ribs. The chicken fingers were decent, I’ll give them that They were hot, crispy, and what you’d expect from a casual restaurant. It’s chicken tenders, how can you mess that up? But the ribs were absolutely horrible. I only received three small ribs, and each one was dry, chewy, and tough. Much closer to beef jerky than anything resembling ribs. For the price, it was an insult.
The service didn’t help matters either. Our waitress was not attentive at all, drinks sat empty, no check-ins to see how things were going, and getting refills or condiments felt like asking for the world.
On top of that, I got charged extra for sides I didn’t realize weren’t included. Apparently, there’s some fine print that lets them tack on $4 for this side and another $4 for that, and it adds up fast. For a casual restaurant, it felt like being nickel-and-dimed.
And to top it all off, even the Diet Coke was bad. As someone who loves their diet coke, this was a C average at best. It was watery, not carbonated enough, and completely off-tasting.
Overall, this was one of the most disappointing dining experiences I’ve had in a long time. Between the broken claw machine, dry ribs, inattentive service, surprise charges, and awful soda, I can confidently say I will not be coming back to Red Robin.
How do I see $20 on the menu and end up spending over $35 without a tip?! DO NOT GO HERE. The food from a gas station will run laps around this place.

The fish and shrimp was really good. Of course, the fries were fantastic! Very relaxing atmosphere, too.

Great food... Service was good at first but then did not ever get asked about refill on fries. What's the point of having unlimited sides of the never come around to refill them? I think we may have had a shift change but still you can't forget about the customer....

Very slow service. The food was OK, but not really good enough to be worth the wait. In a mostly empty restaurant, it took a solid half hour before anyone took our order and another half hour to 45 minutes before it came out. We were there at least an hour and a half - likely almost 2 hours and in that time, the server might have stopped by to check on us twice. My first thought was two stars, but I try not to be too hard on people in the service industry since good help is really hard to find these days.

I went there this evening and my experience was not great. My hot honey chicken sandwich was undercooked, making me almost have an accident on my way home. I have been on the toilet for over 30 mins. The water tasted like pool chlorine I thought I was in a pool. The cheese was chunky and not warm overall it was a bad experience. The service and staff was good though, just not the food. The bathrooms were also a train wreck.

Hamburger patty was bland. Wasn't terrible but the price is outrageous for a hamburger you won't pay less than 15 bucks and it's nothing special.

We had a small mix up with wings and my Girlfriend also tried the Bacon'N'Blue, but different like it (nothing wrong with it she's just a bit picky). The manger came by to check on us and was so kind about it. The service was amazing and we felt truly taken care of. Loved our time there.

We love Red Robin. The burgers are great and we usually enjoy the endless steak fries. Today, however we were the only people in the place so maybe that’s why they were old but the french fries were cold and tasted stale and we couldn’t even get through the first batch of them. The salt grinders were nearly empty and stuck solid. The waitress was great, very prompt and visited us back for refills on our drinks. We signed out with kiosk. No problems there. The handicap toilet in the ladies was out of order and in pieces. It was disappointing, but we hope they get things back up to par soon. We will still go back

If you ever eat at the one in Champaign,IL, I hope you get Rob as your server. If you go on a Sunday, he'll probably be wearing his Ravens jersey. Such a great server and representative for the Red Robin franchise! My family ALWAYS requests to be seated in his section. One time, we were being led to our seats and we didn't think he was working. When we saw him, we asked to be seated in his section. This kind of hurt the young lady who was to be our server. Rob gave her our table and assured her that our family would take care of her throughout the night. His care for his customers and his generosity in that moment got both of them very nice tips that night! I hope you get Rob!
Oh yeah... the food is also good, but Red Robin needs to stop messing around with the Mad Love Burger! It's not broken... stop trying to make it look fancy 😃

Server was very nice, but the food was some of the most bland I've had. Total ended up being 60 with tip for 2 drinks, an appetizer, and 2 burgers. Was not worth it and I won't be coming back.
