Red Robin Gourmet Burgers and Brews

THIS PLACE IS WAY TO EXPENSIVE FOR THE QUALITY OF FOOD. THE EXPENSIVE DRINK DIDNT HAVE ANY OF THE EXTRAS THAT THE PICTURE ON THE MENU HAD. THE WAITRESSES LOOKED SUPER ROUGH... WHAT A WASTE OF $100.

The food was not good. My wife got food poisoning from her burger the next day. While we were at the restaurant, you could hear the manager yelling at her staff. It created a very uncomfortable dining experience.

The person who answered the phone had a rude tone and was very pissy with me when asking a simple question NEVER SUPPORT THIS business

I have not been in red robin for some time due to the customer service and I was right again the customer service was again horrible..the food was ok..our server never did come back to check on us except for another person. I definitely don't know if it was the manager or not.
On top of that, when we left we were sitting next to a couple that was reeked in Marijuana. I am no smoker or nothing but that is worse...I just left.

I have been in several locations of red robin and i have to say customer service was crappie in each location I been. I will definitely not be coming back no time soon.

Service was non existent on a night where there were maybe two other tables. Quite bizarre to be an afterthought in a mostly empty restaurant.

Party of 5 at 5:00pm on a Saturday. Upon arrival we were told a 25 minute wait, no problem. It ended up an hour before we were told we somehow weren’t on the list by the same person that had checked us in and put us on the list. No apology given and we were offered a spot at the bar vs a table to sit at. We declined and spent our money elsewhere.

Maybe 6-8 other people waiting in the lobby while we waited. Far from busy enough to forget a party of 5 standing 4 ft from the hostess station but yet the employee had time to stand at the hostess station and clean menus.

Really good food. Had the fish and chips it was great. Abby was out server and she did amazing. I panic ordered and she willingly fixed it.

The food was pretty good I had order the scorpion burger which I expected to be a bit spicier but it was very good the garlic fries as well were absolutely delicious and the service was amazing they were kind, attentive and great when asked questions.

We went at 3p and we were the only patrons in there. We waited several minutes to be acknowledged, but then service was fine.
