We were in town to celebrate my college-aged daughter's birthday on February 4, 2024, and had the good fortune to be seated in Elly's section. We had 7 people ranging in age from 53 to 18 months, and she was an utter delight - so much so that I am sitting here 66 days later thinking about what a joy that meal was, in no small part thanks to her. It seemed like I should let someone know. Exceptional service has a lasting impact, and we will definitely be back - hopefully to be seated, once again, in Elly's section. Thank you, Elly!

The water they give you was so full of chlorine that we had to leave before our $40+ order arrived, as there wasn’t another alternative, so what ever comes out of that machine is super nasty tasting!.

Food was not the best & my fries came out cold. My husband ordered a side of fries for his entree & they didn't arrive til he was finished w/entree. They were hot then & my husband told server that mine were cold so he gave me an order of fresh hot ones. Server was friendly & efficient. Probably would not recommend because of food.
Last two times I have eaten here the wait time have been ridiculous! After standing waiting 5min or longer to be seated and finding the hostess sitting at the bar chucking it up with the other employees. Get seated, order and then wait over 30 min for a couple of hamburgers. Once again ridiculous! Total number of customers including us that was seated was 8. The service was once very very good on point. Not sure what has changed but it has not been for the better.

I had a great experience here! The signature sauce is wonderful and I just loved the crispy chicken sandwich. Quick, friendly service and clean restrooms! I really enjoyed the Spiked Freckled Lemonade as well. Will definitely come here again if I am in the area!

My burger was undercooked, and when I told them and they brought another one out, it was basically the same thing. Red Robin feels more like Chuck E. Cheese now. Bathroom was a mess and the paper towel dispensers did not work. However our server was nice and did a good job.
