This location desperately needs to hire more people. There’s no reason that order ahead/pickup should have to wait almost a full hour to get a slice of pizza. I suppose you get what you pay for.

My boyfriend and I came in. Automatically upon getting in line (which was way backed up) there was only two people in the kitchen. One person was mixing salads and the other was doing literally everything else from taking orders, putting pizzas in the oven, and salting pretzels. While waiting in line we also noticed there were huge lines at the checkouts, they only had one employee at a checkout and the rest were self checkouts and we heard a couple people complaining to employees about the fact that there were like 5-10 people in each line and only one check out open besides the self check outs . We waited in line for like 10-15 minutes and when we got up to there to order we knew she was stressed out so we made sure to be as kind as possible to the employee behind the counter that was doing everything. We ordered two 4-meat pizza combos and a vanilla frozen yogurt. When grabbing the pizza the employee looked over at me and rolled her eyes as if it was an inconvenience for her to fulfill the order. We got the pizza, one cup, and the frozen yogurt. Before walking away I reminded the employee that we ordered two pizza combos so we still needed another cup. She then threw the cup at me with an attitude. Again I was being as kind as possible when ordering and when i reminded her we needed another cup. The attitude about it was just unnecessary. We went to the car and upon getting in the car my boyfriend took a bite of the pizza and noticed it was older pizza and wasn’t as good as usual. Overall, the experience today just wasn’t great.

Food is cool for what it is, but why do is always take 15 or 20mins waiting line like it never fails. Wouldn’t recommend if your on a 30mins lunch or in a hurry

I enjoy the food and have an undefeatable appreciation for its affordability.
That said, please hire more staff. At the time of writing there was a line of 6 customers and at the current rate of service they will be in line for over half an hour.
Don't make one employee run the place AND train new hires at the same time. What is wrong with you?

love there sales... Sam's has more of what my family uses.. I just wish they had more samples of items especially new items whether it's produce, freezer items especially bakery items... I'm all for trying new things at the bulk prices sometimes I don't

Shout out to Tiffany and Heather at the member services desk. I had a complicated transaction and there were phones ringing off the hook and people needing returns and assistance. These two are getting it all done without a hint of frustration. Kudos, ladies.

Nice club, a little dark. The pharmacy staff us outstanding and can't be beat. Bought our first glasses from Sam's here and very satisfied. The club is looking a little dated and with Costco coming to town it will have to step up it's game.
