We had an awesome time. Beer and probably the best burger in town. You can play games at the table (bring your own or play theirs). We had a hello of a time playing color hues (we brought it in). Very friendly staff and an awesome selection of beers.

What you do they say you should do when burger's in the name? I should have followed that golden rule.
Good frys. My son's burger looked great and he love it....I had the tacos, they came out looking great but.....sorry the worst taco I've had in my life.....the sautéed onions (a first on a taco) were horrible....couldnt remove all, couldn't finish the order. Also barley and chicken like 4 or 5 small cubes. The taco was mostly onions 🤮 or very fresh lettuce.
Also, the beeping from the order ready pagers was soooo annoying! I highly recommend switching to silent or vibrate!
Will try again but probably to go if they still have the beepers.

Food was delicious,but what we didn't understand was a girl came to our table to give us menus and then said. I'll take your order up by the bar. So we waited on ourselves including drinks!! Which caused a line forming going down isle to which people are trying to eat with people standing next to them.

The food was good but the customer service was horrible to me. I was rudely talked to and rushed while trying to order my food. Not sure who the young lady was but when I asked for the owner the worker came back saying the owner refused to talk to me !

Some of the best burgers and fries in town, hands down! Love it here. When we go to the food truck the staff is excellent! When we go to the restaurant, there's a couple cashiers that are very nice but we've also had a couple that have a bit of an attitude and blank stare when one is talking to them. Any additional basic question or request and they act like you're bothering them. It'd be nice if they trained them to be more customer service oriented. Not even expecting above and beyond, just basic cordial customer service.

No matter what food item you get from them, it is well worth the money. From Smashburgers to cheese curds, it is all very tasty!

First time here. Pretty good burgers. The salad we got was huge. When we walked in there were no signs saying where to order or to seat ourselves or place an order or anything. Very frustrating and confusing. We looked around for staff or a waitress to see what to do. Finally figured out that you have to squeeze by two tables full of people to a register at the back corner to order and seat yourself. Pick up menu's from a haphazard stack of gross laminated menu's with ruined curled up discolored corners. A large person wouldnt be able to navigate this. I watched a little boy sneeze all over his menu then put it back in the stack of dirty menu's. Gross. Food came out fast, even though they gave us a buzzer to let us know when our food was ready for us to pick up, someone brought it to our table which was nice.

12-26-25 Oh yes! Everything here is amazing! The food, the drinks, the atmosphere, the service and the prices... All excellent! Plenty of low tables and high tables. Plenty of bar seating. Several TVs above the bar. All employees are very friendly and helpful! We live in Peoria but we will definitely be back soon!

Pretty good.burgers. A tick better than Five Guys. (I'm using Five Guys as an example because it's a national chain, so there's a large audience who will understand the reference.) The tots come with marshmallow dipping sauce, which is just weird. But it works, and plenty of people appear to like it. The atmosphere was quite lively each of the four time I've been there. In the Salt Lake City region, there is a local chain called Tonyburger. Tonyburger is a tick better than Smith. So if you're in Champaign and hungry for a burger, and you feel like driving 20 hours, I recommend you go to Tonyburger instead. But if you're lazy and want I stay in Champaign, you'll be happy with Smith. On the other hand, Smith burger has a bar. And Tonyburger is...in Utah. So if you want a good burger and a beer, stay in Champaign and go to Smith.
