$13 for them to not fill it up. I stopped going after the last 3 trips due to this reason & it’s getting to be less. They used to fill it to the top of the bowl.

After bought by new owners, service tends to be very slow. Even if you’re the only customer. Today wasn’t terrible however I was the only customer.

The smoothies are great, but the service is absolutely disgraceful. The same lady who always takes my order always has an extremely rude demeanor and acts like it's a massive pain to take an order.
Every time I try to take advantage of a special offer they have, it's like pulling teeth. We've had to argue with the employee several times to get our earned discounts through either the special promotion or the rewards program.
Edit: Every time I've been back after my review, I've received nothing but exceptional service. Thanks to all of the employees for making things right!

I’m confident someone will break down the sugar content in each smoothie, but honestly, these drinks have had a remarkably healthy impact on me, including aiding in weight loss! The smoothies are fantastic. Today, I enjoyed the Gut Health smoothie with papaya, and it had that delightful sour taste reminiscent of sour candy! I also love the Slim n Trim options especially the chocolate. This place offers add-ins like protein and collagen, along with a variety of other nutrients and vitamins upon request!

I have to repeat my order at least twice, but they've never messed it up. You just might want to be prepared for a wait. They may just be understaffed. It seems like even when there's no one ahead of me it takes them a while.
